Costs per employee, 2026 quotas and timelines for HR and global mobility teams. Then one anonymous brief for offers.
Anonymous until you choose to connect.
Non-EU hires need a permit from a yearly quota, 8,500 in 2026, and the quota is rarely the bottleneck: 52% of the 2025 quota was used by the end of September. EU and EFTA hires register within weeks. Housing is usually the longest lead time; agencies report 4–8 weeks from brief to keys.
The HR guide covers the phases and the budget. When you are ready, post one anonymous brief: vetted partner agencies reply with offers, and your company stays hidden until you choose to connect.
