1. Who we are
relofinder.ch is operated by Expat Digital Group LLC, Albuquerque, NM, United States (imprint). By using this website or submitting a request, you accept these terms.
2. What ReloFinder is — and isn’t
ReloFinder is an independent comparison and introduction platform for relocation services in Switzerland. We are not a relocation agency, broker of housing, or immigration adviser. Any relocation service is contracted directly between you and the agency you choose; the agency alone is responsible for its offers, prices and performance.
3. Free for movers and companies
Using ReloFinder is free for private movers and companies. Agencies pay us for introductions. This never affects rankings: they follow ourpublished methodology, built on verified public review data. Preferred partnerships are disclosed wherever they appear and do not change any ranking.
4. Requests, quotes and anonymity
- When you submit a request, we pass it to matched agencies so they can quote. Quotes are the agencies’ own; we do not guarantee that any agency responds, or any particular price or outcome.
- For corporate tenders, agencies receive an anonymised brief; your identity is revealed only when you choose to connect.
- Please submit accurate, complete information — agencies quote on what you provide.
5. No guarantee of outcomes
Moving to Switzerland involves third parties and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any apartment, permit, school place, timeline or other outcome. Market figures shown on this site are indicative and may change.
6. Reviews and agency information
Ratings and review excerpts come from publicly available, verified reviews and are shown verbatim; agency information is compiled from public sources and the agencies’ own statements. If you believe information is wrong, contact us and we will check and correct it.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use this site to submit false requests, scrape or republish our content or data at scale, interfere with the service, or infringe the rights of agencies or reviewers.
8. Intellectual property
The site, its design, branding and editorial content belong to Expat Digital Group LLC. Third-party marks and reviews remain the property of their owners.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for the free use of this platform is limited to damage caused by our intent or gross negligence. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
10. Changes, law and jurisdiction
We may update these terms; the version published here applies. These terms are governed by Swiss substantive law; place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland — mandatory consumer protection rules remain unaffected.
