Prime Relocation

“Silvia from Prime Relocation did an outstanding job. We were very happy with the service.”

“Julie greatly accompanied me and my family during the relocation to Switzerland process. She was always very patient explaining us the system and what there is to be done, and extremely efficient in completing the relocation tasks. She especially was fantastic with finding a house. Thanks to her we have settled quickly, nicely and as smoothly as it could be!”

“We contacted Prime Relocation because we needed to find a home in Lausanne for our daughter, who is starting her university studies there this year. Moving a child to another country comes with many questions and worries, and the whole team was very patient with us throughout the process. We were especially lucky to work with Léonore. She was professional, kind and incredibly patient, always available to answer our many questions. Most importantly, she really tried to understand our particular situation and worked hard to find solutions when things were not straightforward. In the end, she helped us secure an apartment that we are very happy with, and she is still assisting us with the final arrangements before the handover. We are very grateful to Léonore and to the whole Prime Relocation team for making a stressful process much easier for our family. We would definitely recommend them.”

“Prime Relocation, specifically Nathalie, was the best decision and investment we could have decided for, while relocating from Dubai to Switzerland. The entire team was very professional, friendly, and on top of every step we had to undergo. Nathalie kept us constantly up to date, guided us through the entire relocation and paperwork process smoothly and flawlessly. She also found us such a beautiful place to live in, despite being it a challenge with your two dogs! We highly recommend Prime Relocation, if you wish painless and stress free relocation.”

“Kind, helpful, informed. Julie took the time and care to understand our desires and needs, and assisted us through a complicated apartment search. Fees are aligned with other professionals in this sector.”

“Vielen Dank an Frau Colombo sowie an das gesamte Team für die professionelle Unterstützung bei der Wohnungssuche!”

“From the beginning, our experience with Prime Relocation was exceptional. Julie worked tirelessly on our behalf to find exactly the property we were looking for in an especially difficult market. I am sure that, without her inside knowledge of the local market and her expert handling of our application, we wouldn't have snagged it. She was truly marvelous! Prime Relocation has proved to be a top class agency in every respect.”

“They helped us find an apartment that was better than we were hoping for and went above and beyond at every step of the process. Amazing service!”

“Prime Relocation came highly recommended to us from close friends that had relocated to Switzerland. Julie supported us in house hunting as well all admin around settling in, which made the entire experience much more smooth. Can highly recommend.”

“I am extremely happy with the PrimeRelocation service, and even more with the Emilo as the Agent. He is very competent, proactive, helpful, and really nice person. I would recommend PrimeRelocaiton and Emilio to anyone without any doubt. Emilio as the agent was very helpful and extremely responsive. Without Emilio´s help, I am sure we would not be able to find the apartment, rent it and resolve all issues along the route. The most I like is that he was very proactive in proposing solutions and persistive in finding solutions to the problems along the path we have stumbled (and we had a lot of them - like administrative hurdles, errors in contract, wrong rental price, etc.). On the Consultant side - Emilio from PrimeLocation was very proactive, immediately spotted the errors, called many times responsible persons, proposed solutions and did not give up until the issue was settled and resolved. He is very competent, patient, did much more than we were expecting and helped us a lot in all aspects of the home search. Emilio also has given us lot of useful advice, information, help and links of other aspects of our settling in Switzerland. I would like also to warm haltingly recommend Emilio as a person, because in when things were complicated due to slow process, administrative rules or not developing in good direction, he was really encouraging us, comforting that the things will be resolved and settled, even we were doubtful and discouraged in some moments.”

“Julie has been super helpful and responsive to help me find my newl home. She left no opportunity unchecked and gave lots of useful local knowledge. Highly recommended”

“Moving can be such a stressful experience, but Nathalie at Prime Relocation made it so much easier. She was attentive to every detail and truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled perfectly. Her knowledge of the local market and her proactive communication were invaluable. Thank you, Nathalie, for doing such a fantastic job!”

“Great service that helped us find a nice apartment (market is tough but they do what they can!)...and having Prime Relocation on the ground to help with matters while we were still in Germany helped a lot! Many thanks to the team!”

“Excellent Support by Julie, always here to help and very reactive to any message. Definitely would recommend her”

“Our case was a bit different since we were already in Basel, at a temporary location. We had been living in Basel for over a month and found out that finding a long-term flat coming from abroad, without having a good understanding of the market and with a language barrier, was a real challenge. Our main constraint was time, as we needed to leave the temporary location within a short time period (in December, which is also not the best date to move-out/in in Basel). Sandra was very professional and helped us not only to find the property in record time, but also to prepare and subit the application, and staying on top of things with the rental agency, following-up as needed. Once the property was ours, Sandra also helped with the contract and the key handover process. We definitely feel that having a local expert like Sandra made the difference and we would recommend to any family in their home search.”

“Julie has been fantastic from the very beginning of our move. She guided us through the entire process, keeping us informed about property availability, reservations, and viewings, and arranged everything smoothly. She went the extra mile by negotiating with the letting agency to ensure our chosen apartment was in top condition, including wall repainting, minor fixes, and professional cleaning before move-in. Julie also supported us with local registration and opening bank accounts, which made the relocation much easier. Highly recommended! A special thanks for all the helpful tips and tricks for living in Switzerland :)”

“Julie was of great help, finding us the right school for our kids and a super appartment to live in.”

“We had Maree help us with finding a place. So thorough with high attention to detail, great for me as I tend to fly by the seat of the pants- not the best in Zurich with everyone being very strict on rules and protocol. She found us a place before we even arrived, which giving the housing shortage was very impressive. Top marks, worth the money DON'T try and save money in this area!”

“It was an absolute pleasure working with Julie from Primerelocation during our apartment search in Zurich. Her professionalism, clear communication, and dedication made what could have been a stressful process incredibly smooth and efficient. Julie was exceptionally helpful, understanding our needs perfectly and guiding us through every step. She went above and beyond, even volunteering to view an additional apartment on our behalf when we faced issues with another property, given that I had to travel from Bern and my husband in Luxembourg. Her proactive approach extended to liaising with all advertisers, submitting necessary files, and swiftly answering our additional queries regarding licenses and permits via WhatsApp. Her insights and prompt responses were invaluable. We are so grateful for her assistance in finding our new home. We highly recommend Julie to anyone looking for a seamless relocation experience!”

“PRECISION LANDING! Heike Steller did an amazing job. Perfect service, top communication, everything spot on. Thanks to Heike's persistence did we get finally our dream home in Switzerland and all that in the shortest possible time. THANK YOU!”

“Prime Relocation helped me with my move to Switzerland, and I couldn't be happier with their service. Heike, the agent assigned to my case, was incredibly dedicated and supportive throughout the entire process. Her commitment to ensuring a smooth transition was evident in every interaction. I highly recommend Prime Relocation for anyone looking for a reliable and professional relocation company.”

“Our experience with Prime Relocation was excellent from start to finish. Sabine has been instrumental in finding an appartment that matched our criteria in a very tight market. She played an important role to have us as the first choice of the landlord. The web based platform is very useful as well. We strongly recommend Prime Relocation!”

“Great service - very professional and willing to go the extra mile ! Sabine my relocation agent was a tremendous help !!! Is possible ask for her services”

“Very helpful and friendly service. Highly recommended ;) We had Nathalie help us with finding our permanent apartment. She is very patient and goes to all the government works and advices of living life details. Thank you Nathalie for a great help for us setting up a new life in Switzerland🇨🇭 .”

“Perfect service. Everything was smooth and on time.”

“Serious and reliable. They quickly found us a great place to live in Zug. Highly recommended!”

Vielen Dank!”

“We had an outstanding experience working with Sabine de Potter. She is truly on top of everything and resolved our issues quickly and efficiently throughout the entire process. Thanks to her dedication and persistence, we were able to secure our ideal apartment in the highly competitive Zug rental market before even arriving — something that would have been extremely difficult without her support. Sabine went above and beyond to accommodate our time difference to ensure everything moved forward smoothly. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care made a real difference for us. We’re deeply grateful for her hard work and can’t recommend her highly enough.”

“Maree from Prime was a godsend for my relocation to Switzerland - she arranged property viewings, suggested questions to ask in advance, and helped with Swiss bureaucracy (residence permit, health insurance, ...) to my complete satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend Prime & Maree to everyone! :)”
