“Without Florence I would have been homeless. Literally. Lets start at the beginning. A month before I moved contact was made. We chatted over WhatsApp to make it easier. Already suggesting apartments and attending visits on my behalf without being asked. She found the best temporary accommodation close to my new work location. I had everything; cutlery, all kitchen items, spare pillows, hangers, tissue in the bathroom, everything we needed to move in and start work the next day with no stress. She even ensured I had adequate kitchen storage for us as she thought it was too small. Next, sourcing my future home in a market that when I went to a viewing, there were over 50 people already viewing for a tiny little flat. I had demands, sun, balcony, sun again, study room, high floor, bike store, AND SHE GOT IT!
