“0/5 Stars – Absolute Health Hazard. Uninhabitable. If I could give zero stars to ZR Zurich Relocation, I would. I booked an apartment through them located at Mainstrasse 43, expecting a baseline standard of quality and professionalism. Instead, we walked straight into a literal biohazard. The moment we stepped through the door, we were hit with a stomach-turning stench that was so vile it immediately set off red flags. Looking closer, the place was filthy beyond belief—strands of someone else's hair were scattered across the beds, furniture, and bathroom surfaces. To make matters worse, the apartment was completely infested with bugs crawling all over the space. On top of the disgusting hygiene standards, basic amenities were totally non-existent. There was zero air conditioning, leaving the apartment hot, stifling, and suffocating. The Wi-Fi was entirely broken, making it impossible to coordinate urgent alternative arrangements. The conditions were so severe and unhygienic that my children ended up getting sick. We couldn't stay for more than a few minutes—I grabbed our luggage and left immediately to protect my family's health and safety. The utter lack of maintenance, cleanliness, and human decency from ZR Zurich Relocation is appalling. Do not risk your money, time, or family's well-being with ZR Zurich Relocation. Steer far away from Mainstrasse.”

“Posizione centralissima, silenziosa , tranquilla, ottima zona per soggiorni brevi, sia per turismo che per divertimento. Facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici. “For starters- they advertised this as an apartment when it’s a very small room with a bathroom. But my real issue is when I lost the key, they told me they have to replace the lock system and wouldn’t give me a spare until I paid. So I paid 800 sf (1,014 American dollars) I asked for a receipt to show they replaced the lock and they refuse to show me. That was in January and they have yet to provide a receipt for the lock change. I wouldn’t trust booking with them.”

“Our experience with this accommodation was unacceptable and unprofessional. Despite having a confirmed and fully paid reservation, we were unable to check-in on the day of arrival due to access and key issues. The host did not respond to repeated calls or messages in an urgent situation, forcing us to arrange and pay for alternative accommodation. When communication was eventually established, there was no apology or meaningful effort to address the situation. Upon accessing the apartment later, its condition did not meet basic cleanliness and maintenance standards (dirty walls, stained curtains, poorly maintained balcony areas). The only clear interest shown by the host was at the time of departure, when we were asked to leave a positive review, which raises concerns about the reliability of existing ratings. Due to the inability to access the property, Booking.com had to intervene and reimburse our alternative accommodation. This business shows a lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for guests. I would not recommend it.”

The apartment is modern, well equipped with coffee machine, big TV, household equipment and even a standing desk just to name a few! Everything was super clean and well prepared just like in a hotel. The apartment was tastefully decorated and truly equipped with everything necessary, with careful attention even to the small details. “I recently used Zurich Relocation AG, a company that manages multiple apartments in Zurich. I found in the sought-after Seefeld quarter. Check-in was a breeze. I felt at home immediately because the apartment was clean, bright, nicely furnished, and had all the needed supplies. The TV even had Netflix and Amazon Prime. Everyone I met at the company was friendly and professional especially Vivana, my relocation expert. She was kind, patient and efficient, and she always had a smile on her face. She really went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met and that caring added to my positive experience. Finding a place in Zurich is not easy. Zurich Relocation made it look easy! “We have discovered Zurich Relocation with a short-term rent, and we liked their properties and customer service so much that when we permanently moved to Zurich we went straight to them. Not only do they always have great properties available, but their customer service is astonishing, especially thanks to Tuncer. From the apartment selection to the lease agreement, from the check-in to the recurring maintenance (even though the properties are already in an excellent condition), this is by far the best renting experience we have ever had, both in Switzerland and abroad. “When I relocated to Switzerland, I needed to find comfortable accommodation, fast. ZR Zurich Relocation provided the perfect solution: I live in a lovely, modern apartment close to the city and lake, with WI-FI and cable TV; having the British channels makes me feel very at home! Everything works and I feel safe, with the ZR team on-hand for any housekeeping or maintenance support (even double-checking I locked the front door!); Konstantin and Fabian are especially kind. At first, I wasn’t sure how long I would stay in Zurich and really appreciated the flexibility of a one-month’s deposit and notice period. Nevertheless, I love my ZR apartment so much, I have already been here for five years!”
