Swiss Expat Realtor

“A huge thank you to the Swiss Expat Realtor team for making our move to Switzerland so much smoother than we ever expected. As newcomers who don't speak German, we were really worried about navigating the competitive rental market — but from the very first consultation, Özgür and the team took the stress out of the process. They recommended great neighbourhoods (we were open to Zurich or Zug), handled viewings, and advocated for our application with local agencies. We felt genuinely looked after the entire time. Highly recommend their services to any expat relocating to the Zurich or Zug area!”

“Ozgur and Enola helped us with our relocation from Ireland to Zug. They were incredibly kind, professional and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond with helping us to find an apartment and navigating the relocation. We would highly recommend them.”

“Overall, the experience did not meet the level of professionalism and reliability I was expecting. There is clear room for improvement in communication, organization, and customer service. Based on my experience, I would be hesitant to recommend this company.”

“Ich hatte eine durchweg positive Erfahrung mit Swiss Expat Realtor und insbesondere mit Herrn Özgür Ogulkanmis. Seine professionelle, zuverlässige und menschliche Unterstützung hat mir enorm geholfen. Von der Wohnungssuche bis zu Fragen rund um Versicherungen und andere Anliegen war er stets verlässlich, kompetent und engagiert. Ich bin sehr dankbar und kann ihn nur wärmstens empfehlen.”

“First class experience! Would recommend Swiss Expat Realtor to anyone relocating to Switzerland!”

“Swiss Expat Realtor has genuinely been amazing in helping me find a place to live here in Zurich! As someone who was not able to come to Switzerland to househunt before moving, the process was incredibly difficult on my own (and its not easy if you already live here either!). They took all of my needs into account and kept me regularly informed on any available places that matched my requirements. When it came to viewings, they handled everything for me and gave me all the information I needed to know! On top of that, they even took the time to tell me about Swiss housing culture, to make sure that I was ready to settle into this new environment. Their service made my life much much easier and I cannot thank them enough! Definitely recommend :)”

“Working with Swiss Expat Realtor was an absolute game-changer for our relocation experience. As expats trying to navigate finding an apartment while not yet living in Switzerland, we were overwhelmed and knew we needed help. From our very first conversation, they put us completely at ease with their deep local knowledge and clear understanding of the unique challenges expats face. They listened carefully to our needs, answered every question and went above and beyond to find us a great apartment that fit our needs and lifestyle. I couldn’t recommend them enough!”

“I used Swiss Expat Realtor to find my apartment in Kilchberg. Ozgur and his team were super helpful in arranging and accompanying me to viewings. They also went above and beyond in addressing all issues with the building. I highly recommend them.”

“We were so lucky to have come across Swiss Expat Realtor! During our relocation to Switzerland, we looked for a home through various means (independently through sites, other agents, etc). None showed promise, and we were honestly getting frusrtrated. The process of relocation is hard as it is - so having good professionals is key. Enola & Ozgur from the team were kind and service-oriented from the get go - from our initial chat with Enola, through home scouting with Ozgur - they were responsive and quick, and helped us land our first apartment in Switzerland. We always felt that we were in good hands, receiving all the information we needed, and they really felt like they understood our stress, and kept us at ease the whole time. In addition, Ozgur was kind enough to give us tips and trick, and was also able to connect us with a good insurance company, that helped us throughout the process. Highly recommend using them!! Thank you guys!”

The personalisation of service is super reassuring. Would definitely recommend their services! 👍”

“The experience with Swiss Expat Realtor was best in class from start to finish, they will take care for you from A to Z on everything and help you relocate even in one of the toughest markets such as Zug, probably without them I'd still be searching and sending applications to this date. The whole process took me just north of 2 months from start to finish and I couldn't be more happy to have trusted them with finding my apartment and handling all the paperwork and nuance needed that as an expat might be hard to know. The service is fairly priced and the support is thorough and ready to answer whatever questions whenever, don't hesitate to reach out if you are still in doubt! Thanks again!”

“My experience with Swiss Expat realtor has been incredible! In the beginning before we found Swiss Expat realtor we were looking for houses for ourselves but became a nightmare, plus two dogs it wasn’t making things easier. It was a mission impossible! Then we found Swiss Expat realtor and everything started to become easier and smoother and with all the help from Ozgur and the Swiss Expat team we achieved our goal and expectations. Great professionals and most importantly better people!! We really appreciate your work and commitment to us. We are really grateful!!!”

“Ozgur and the Swiss Expat Realtor team were indescribably crucial to our move to Zurich. We were moving with two pets and shipping furniture from the United States so needed an apartment as far in advanced as possible to plan properly. Ozgur made the search process a breeze, giving us the necessary context to look for the right places in the right neighborhood and adapting our search criteria as we learned and better understood the Zurich market. Once we found a place he simplified the lease review and signature process to make it easy from abroad. Then, after we had signed, Ozgur did not hesitate to pick up the keys, meet us the day we arrived, and welcome us to the city. He has answered our many questions and been a steadying, friendly, and professional presence during the chaos of an international move. We are eternally grateful to him and his team and could not recommend them more.”

“When I first began searching for an apartment in Zurich I quickly learned that the market is very competitive, especially for foreigners looking to relocate. In my first meeting with Ozgur he helped me understand the market challenges and the timelines I should expect. I was very grateful for his candid approach in educating me while also collecting information about the kind of home I wanted. What seemed like a difficult and intimidating process became much easier once I started working with Ozgur! Within 3 days he had found several potential options that closely matched my criteria. One option was not being advertised mainstream, which I would not have found without his help. This option was a great fit for my partner and I, and ultimately the apartment we rented. From start to finish the process was very quick taking barely one month! Ozgur is a true professional that genuinely cares about his clients. We love our home and we are so happy to be settled for the holidays! I highly recommend Ozgur and his team to both Expats and locals searching for their new home. We will definitely use Ozgur’s services again in the future.”

“Ozgur has been an incredible partner to help me find a flat in Zurich from Paris and I really couldn’t have done it without him. Through all this process he assisted me with professionalism, patience and kindness: from the introductory (free) zoom where he evaluated my personal situation and expectations, to visits on my behalf of flats with detailed videos and comments, regular zooms to catch up, help with all kind of administrations, picking me up and driving me around when I arrived in Zurich… I highly recommend using his services. Thanks for all your help!!”

“Amazing service! Ozgur and the team have done an excellent job by helping us to find our apartment. Relocating from another country is not easy especially if you are not in the country to make the views (like in my case) but with Swiss Expat Realtor everything was smooth and stress-free. From the beginning to the end, working side by side with Swiss Expat Realtor was absolutely an amazing experience. The customer care, kindness, advice, attention to detail, and constant updates were remarkably unique. Finding an apartment in Switzerland is known for being very hard but with Swiss Expat Realtor that feeling was never present, instead, it made us feel at ease at all times. I would definitely recommend their service!”

“Absolutely recommended! Great support with finding an apartment for myself fast and handling all the details. And answering all questions for a non-Swiss! Always very friendly and reachable. Anytime again!”

“Ozgur and his team helped us a lot finding our nice apartment. They listened to our needs, searched and visited the apartments while we were still abroad and kept us informed every moment. Without their help we would have not been able to find an apartment in such a short time. They explained us many things about house rules in Swizerland and accompanied us during the review of the rental contract and the handover of the apartment. Thanks a lot! :)”

“Ozgur and Juan took excellent care of us and helped us in finding our place quickly. They are very responsive and I recommend them for anyone looking for help.”

Luckily, I found Swiss Expat Realtor, and they made the entire process much easier than I could have ever imagined. From the very beginning, Ozgur was extremely helpful and supportive. “We were very grateful for the effort and expertise of Enola and the Swiss Expat relator. We had a challenging situation and even with additional curve balls, Enola was able to help us find something that suited all of our needs. We were very happy with the service and the ability to ask questions through out the whole process. Moving overseas with a small family is a huge undertaking, but Enola and the team made it as seamless as possible. Would recommend.”

“An unbeatable experience. I recently got a job in Zurich and I knew that the language barrier and being remotely would make it impossible to find an apartment. Ozgur and Juan (who also speaks Spanish) managed to find me an apartment in record time. They have been very attentive and have provided 24/7 support.”

“Relocating to a foreign country can be a daunting and scary experience. In my case it was even a bigger challenge since I was looking for an apartment in Zurich that has a very difficult and competitive market. And if that wasn't enough, I only speak English. I was lucky enough though to find Swiss Expat Realtor and I can't express enough how exceptional the whole experience was. From start to finish, Ozgur and Enola were incredibly helpful and trustworthy, making what could have been a stressful process entirely seamless and enjoyable. Ozgur's extensive knowledge of the Zurich housing market and his keen eye for detail ensured that he understood my needs and that I find the perfect apartment that met my needs and preferences. His professionalism and dedication were evident in every interaction, and he went above and beyond to address all my concerns promptly and thoroughly. Enola, was also fantastic since she supported the entire process. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to relocate to Switzerland.”

“We just moved to Zurich for a year long posting, and brought our 3 kids along with us. With 3 kids in tow and such a short term rental, we definitely do not stand a high chance in this competitive rental market. Moreover, we didn't know how competitive it is and started our search pretty late! We are so thankful we met Ozgur from Swiss Expat Realtor, who managed to find us the perfect place in such a short time, and before we arrived. Ozgur viewed the apartments for us, took very clear videos, and gave us his honest opinions on which apartment suits our needs the most. Thanks to his hard work, we found a furnished apartment with the nicest landlords. This has definitely made settling into a new country much easier. We do not speak or understand German, and Ozgur was of great help throughout the rental process and while we were settling in - he always just a phone call or text away. We would definitely recommend Swiss Expat Realtor to anyone who is relocating to Switzerland and would like a smooth and stress free search for your new home!”

“We are a young couple who moved from Italy only 3 months ago. We were lucky to find a 3 months sublet to start with , but while we searched for a new home we struggled immensely and as it often happens when you’re young and a foreigner, our applications were constantly refused. Until we found this agency. Thanks to their professionalism, great effort and extreme kindness, we found our perfect home in less then a month. Ozgur, you’ve been essential, thank you from the bottom of our hearts!”
