“We had a wonderful experience with the packing team lead by Emre. They drove 2 hours from Geneva to our place in Bern. Circumstance caused them to arrive late because of traffic. Despite situation, they packed up our whole house within 5 hours including 3 kayaks and numerous picture/painting frames. Super efficient, friendly and experienced. Fitted all our things into the container. What is usually a stressful event went by smoothly without a hiccup. Highly recommend his team.”
“I wanted to ask a question and the phone was hung up. One time it was a man and the second time it was a woman. That is completely indecent.”
“Incompetent and terrible experience. We have relocated many times with other companies, this has been the worst. They don't know anything locally or abroad, they don't give clear instructions or understand half the forms to fill out, especially when it comes to cars. We got more information from the guy we sold our other car to, which would have caused even more headache. We have to chase all the time even when we try to get ahead of things bc they are useless, they don't provide any information much less anything proactive. Don't expect this to make a move more manageable, it's almost worse than doing it by ourselves! My husbands company paid this time so I imagine they charge a fortune for no service, avoid especially if you are paying yourself! We even made a complaint, it was escalated up, got a few empty emails, then back to nothing again. Our contact was Celine P. in Switzerland but their partner Vanessa G. in New York was not much better! AVOID”
