It doesn’t matter if you think you’re ready to play by the “Zürich estate market rules”. You’re not. There are so many new rules or habits that for a non-Swiss it would be very very complicated find the right/perfect location (but also for the Swiss the game is tough). "Unfortunately, i would not give positive feedback. I had half service, i had to find my apartment by myself but i charged with full amount. On top of it ,nobody even provide me any information about where to and how to register for electricity services for example. I noticed this 2 months after i moved the apartment i found by myself."
