"I moved to Basel in 2018 with my family including 10-year old twins. Even before my move, Martina got in touch with me to understand what were my family's needs. She was at the train station when we arrived, she brought us to the temporary house, she helped with the grocery, with the permit for the entire family, with the bank account and mostly with finding the perfect house for our family.
