The apartment was spotless, very well kept, and the weekly cleaning service is also remarkably convenient. "So so... Less expensive than some other agencies of this kind but we have had a very bad surprise to find several rotten walls and windows at Dahliastrasse just before a holiday weekend. It took them a week (!) to find a replacement apartment and we got a ridiculous discount for the rent. It takes a loong time to get the deposit back (check it in the contract . ____ Thank you for the reply. The timeline seems correct, apologies for not being exact, but I can assure you that the cleaning of the mold in several rooms on Easter weekend, visiting new apartments and moving into a new one in the middle of the week with your whole family and staying in infested apartment for several days with a baby was a very bad experience. Chf 100 discount out of 5000 rent may be according to the Swiss law but not what you expect when providing a relocation/expat service. I believe a weekend permanence would be desired. Other that the previous organization issues went smoothly and the staff was pleasant."

"Unfortunately, i would not give positive feedback. I had half service, i had to find my apartment by myself but i charged with full amount. On top of it ,nobody even provide me any information about where to and how to register for electricity services for example. I noticed this 2 months after i moved the apartment i found by myself."

"STAY AWAY from this company!! They rent out old apartments, they know are not acceptable living conditions and still take your money when you move out due to the living conditions. They have apartments with low standard, such as the water in the bathtub is not running down properly because the pipes are old. They expect you to shower in filthy water and blame you instead, saying you have too high living standard. Tell me, who wants to shower in filthy water? I only stayed in the apartment for a few days, and had to move out although I was supposed to rent the apartment for a longer period. The manager insisted that I payed for the one month notice according to the agreement, if he did not find another person who rents the apartment for this period. So I had to pay the company for 1,5 month rent, although I only stayed there for a week and had to move out because of the filthy water in the shower!!! DON'T rent from this company!!"
