"I was really hesitating if I send a review or not as my experience dates back to 2017 and I was hoping it was maybe just an isolated case. However, in the meantime, I have seen several of my colleagues struggling with this service, which is why I will also share my experience. First they make you fill out a form to know all details that you are looking for in an appartment. Then, the big disappointment comes, they "choose" and show you appartments which are not ticking a single box of the criteria that you have mentioned to them. Moreover, I had a bit of the feeling that they thought I'm anyway not Suisse, I have no clue about the market here, so I should just be happy with whatever they are proposing me. On the side, I was looking myself as well for appartments, which actually corresponded to my criteria and send them over to them, so that they schedule the visits for me. Therefore, putting all that aside, the very least thing I would've expected from such an agency is that, at least, if I have to do already the work to find the appartment that corresponds to my wishes, they should have the relevant connections with the regies and be able to push my application through...well no. I have applied for at least 5 appartments and haven't gotten any of them. Therefore, I was really struggling to understand what the purpose of this company in terms of appartment hunt is? In the end I found my own appartment, made my own application and, thanks to another friend of mine, who had good contacts with the regie, I got my dream appartment. And as said in the beginning, I'm not the only one that struggled with this company..."

"Terrible relocation agency. My friend was relocating to Geneva and this agency caused more problems than helped. From finding an apartment, where agency always came up with too expensive ones, and consultants behaviour during the visits was not helpful in getting the apartment, so in the end we got one apartment where the consultant from this company was not present during the visit; to important emails being sent to old email address even though they were explicitly told not to, which cause more stress on our side. They also sent things to different postal address they were asked to. Definitely do not recommend. If you want to avoid unnecessary stress, choose different agency or relocate by yourself."
