"Die Arbeit von Frau Colombo war wirklich sehr hilfreich. Sie hat jederzeit sehr strukturiert gearbeitet und wir hatten immer das gute Gefühl, eine kompetente Ansprechpartnerin in allen Belangen vor Ort zu haben. Bei der Suche nach einer geeigneten Wohnung hat Frau Colombo uns hervorragend geholfen. Wir waren in der Schweiz und sie hat die Besichtigungen komplett organisiert und uns zu den Terminen begleitet. Das einzige Mal an dem sie nicht dabei sein konnte, weil wir sehr kurzfristig in die Schweiz kamen, hat Frau Colombo alles perfekt koordiniert mit Kontaktdaten, Bildern und Adressen - so als wenn sie dabei gewesen wäre. Den aufwändigen Bewerbungsprozess für die Anmietung einer Immobilie in der Schweiz bereitete Frau Colombo mit allen erforderlichen Unterlagen sorgfältig vor. Als wir die Wohnungsübergabe hatten zeigte sich dann ihre langjährige Erfahrung in der Übergabe von Immobilien. Eine Woche zuvor hatte sie den Mietvertrag bereits geprüft und erforderliche Änderungen veranlasst. Bei der Übergabe protokollierte sie dann sämtlichen Verschleiss, alle Gebrauchsspuren und bei Mängeln veranlasste sie deren Beseitigung. Am Tag der Einreise begleitete Frau Colombo uns zur Gemeindeverwaltung und stand uns auch dort bei Fragen und Entscheidungen unterstützend zur Seite damit alle bürokratischen Vorgänge optimal ablaufen konnten. Frau Colombo arbeitet absolut zuverlässig und zeichnet sich durch viel Erfahrung und Kompetenz aus. Wir können Prime-Relocation nur bestens empfehlen.
