"Our case was a bit different since we were already in Basel, at a temporary location. We had been living in Basel for over a month and found out that finding a long-term flat coming from abroad, without having a good understanding of the market and with a language barrier, was a real challenge. Our main constraint was time, as we needed to leave the temporary location within a short time period (in December, which is also not the best date to move-out/in in Basel). Sandra was very professional and helped us not only to find the property in record time, but also to prepare and subit the application, and staying on top of things with the rental agency, following-up as needed. Once the property was ours, Sandra also helped with the contract and the key handover process. We definitely feel that having a local expert like Sandra made the difference and we would recommend to any family in their home search."

"Die Arbeit von Frau Colombo war wirklich sehr hilfreich. Eine Woche zuvor hatte sie den Mietvertrag bereits geprüft und erforderliche Änderungen veranlasst. Bei der Übergabe protokollierte sie dann sämtlichen Verschleiss, alle Gebrauchsspuren und bei Mängeln veranlasste sie deren Beseitigung.
