We recently relocated to Zurich, with the assistance of an agent from Prime Relocation. Honestly we could not have asked for better support with our move. The agent was very responsive, friendly, and helpful at all times. We felt comfortable asking her about anything, even things we were not sure she could help with or were under her responsibility. No matter what the issue was, she always did the maximum and beyond to find someone who could help, reach out to them, and several days later follow up to ensure everything was resolved to our satisfaction. She was present physically for the most important appointments, and provided us with tips about things we didn't even know we should be asking. We truly felt like we had someone here taking care of us.

We came across Prime Relocation due to our family relocation from UK to Zug area via work. I am personally always sceptical about many services but Prime Relocation proved me so wrong. They are dedicated, responsive and we felt as if everything is running smoothly throughout the whole process. We had Maree help us with finding a place. So thorough with high attention to detail, great for me as I tend to fly by the seat of the pants- not the best in Zurich with everyone being very strict on rules and protocol. She found us a place before we even arrived, which giving the housing shortage was very impressive. Top marks, worth the money DON'T try and save money in this area!

Schmid Relocation did a fantastic job helping our family settle in Switzerland and find a great home that exceeded our expectations. We are so appreciative of all of the support we received from Prime Relocation. We’ve moved internationally several times before, but this was our first move with a school-aged child (and our first relocation during a pandemic!). Despite all of this, this was by far our easiest relocation, thanks entirely to our amazing relocation agent Silke (who my son adored!). As it turned out, there are a lot of peculiarities about moving to Zurich (as far as property searches and applications, obtaining residence permits, etc.) and it made things so much easier having an expert navigate it for us.

Highly recommend Mrs. Rachel Staal - she works with her heart, very culturally conscious, rich in intelligence, humble and would be 24/7 available giving you the best advice possible (outside of her interest). She has been a godsent for my family and she was able to convince us on every move with very logical yet down to earth and genuine reasons. We were so lucky to have her and can say that it would be “very” hard to get someone better than her as a relocation agent. A rare find - at least have a call and meet her in person and you’ll understand.

An enormous thank you for helping our family find our lovely new home in Switzerland. Silke’s expertise and sense of humour made everything much more manageable. She was exceedingly patient with our two young boys (and us!) and was always helpful answering our multitude of questions. The service and support provided by Kati and Emma are excellent. Kati offered different packages to choose from. I took an orientation day with Emma to explore the Zug area (highly recommended!) and to nail down prefered locations and apartment types. This was followed by a targeted home search visiting pre-selected apartments. We had good discussions during these visits about pro's and con's which helped a lot to get clarity! It all worked out nicely. Great value for money :-) and highly recommended.

We recently relocated to Switzerland and were offered the services of Prime Relocation as a local agent. We found them to be an excellent facilitator in several ways : - As a personal guide on an initial familiarisation tour. - For shortlisting, arranging and accompanying us on accommodation viewings. - For providing invaluable and personalised assistance in unfamiliar matters such as canton office registration and banking. All of this was done with efficiency and good humour. We would very happily use Prime Relocation again in similar circumstances.

Ich wurde über die Prime Relocation von Heike Steller betreut und bin absolut begeistert! Der Service war äußerst professionell und effizient, mit einem breiten Angebot an Unterstützungsleistungen, von der Wohnungssuche über die Anmeldung bis hin zu allen anderen Fragen, die während des Umzugs aufkamen. Absolut nichts hat mir gefehlt und darüber hinaus wurden mir auch direkt kulturelle und regionale Besonderheiten selbstständig mitgeteilt. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, wie schnell und lösungsorientiert Heike Steller gehandelt hat – und das trotz der Feiertage rund um Weihnachten und Neujahr. Habe erst gedacht ich brauche den Service nicht um in Zürich anzukommen und eine dauerhafte Wohnung zu finden. Falsch gedacht. Der Relocation Service von Nathalie Colombo war mehr als hilfreich. Ohne Sie hätte ich beinahe meinen Termin am Registrierungsamt verseumt. Erstklassiger support in allen Belangen. Durch Nathalie habe ich auch eine Wohnung in traumhafter Lage zu gutem Preis gefunden. Die Arbeit von Frau Colombo war wirklich sehr hilfreich. Sie hat jederzeit sehr strukturiert gearbeitet und wir hatten immer das gute Gefühl, eine kompetente Ansprechpartnerin in allen Belangen vor Ort zu haben. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch ihre Unterstützung bei der Lehrstellensuche unseres Sohnes. Echt spitze, denn sie hat Kontakte gefunden und uns Türen geöffnet. Bei der Suche nach einer geeigneten Wohnung hat Frau Colombo uns hervorragend geholfen. Wir waren in der Schweiz und sie hat die Besichtigungen komplett organisiert und uns zu den Terminen begleitet. Das einzige Mal an dem sie nicht dabei sein konnte, weil wir sehr kurzfristig in die Schweiz kamen, hat Frau Colombo alles perfekt koordiniert mit Kontaktdaten, Bildern und Adressen - so als wenn sie dabei gewesen wäre. Den aufwändigen Bewerbungsprozess für die Anmietung einer Immobilie in der Schweiz bereitete Frau Colombo mit allen erforderlichen Unterlagen sorgfältig vor. Als wir die Wohnungsübergabe hatten zeigte sich dann ihre langjährige Erfahrung in der Übergabe von Immobilien. Eine Woche zuvor hatte sie den Mietvertrag bereits geprüft und erforderliche Änderungen veranlasst. Bei der Übergabe protokollierte sie dann sämtlichen Verschleiss, alle Gebrauchsspuren und bei Mängeln veranlasste sie deren Beseitigung. Am Tag der Einreise begleitete Frau Colombo uns zur Gemeindeverwaltung und stand uns auch dort bei Fragen und Entscheidungen unterstützend zur Seite damit alle bürokratischen Vorgänge optimal ablaufen konnten. Frau Colombo arbeitet absolut zuverlässig und zeichnet sich durch viel Erfahrung und Kompetenz aus. Wir können Prime-Relocation nur bestens empfehlen. Ils nous ont trouvé un logement en moins de deux semaines alors que nous étions à l'étranger, sans work permit, sans les 3 fiches de salaire. Leonore était très efficace et directe, elle connaît très très bien son métier et le marché. Je recommande Prime les yeux fermés.
