I have stayed with Zurich Relocations many times in the past few years. The apartments have always been excellent and the team there is outstanding. I have only positive things to say and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a temporary apartment in Zurich.

Really good service from Fabian & Joana ! Will be definitely contacting them when I need a new short term stay and recommending it to my friends and family. I don’t usually bother writing reviews but they accepted us even if we contacted last minute and had a ready really good apartment cleaned in the center of Zurich at a good price in just 3h! I rented a furnished apartment from them for 3 months while I sorted out all the official matters for working in Switzerland. The apartment was tastefully decorated and truly equipped with everything necessary, with careful attention even to the small details. It was an absolute pleasure to come back to such a well-maintained and comfortable space after long days. The cooperation was smooth and flexible throughout. I recently used Zurich Relocation AG, a company that manages multiple apartments in Zurich. I found in the sought-after Seefeld quarter. Check-in was a breeze. I felt at home immediately because the apartment was clean, bright, nicely furnished, and had all the needed supplies. The TV even had Netflix and Amazon Prime. Everyone I met at the company was friendly and professional especially Vivana, my relocation expert. She was kind, patient and efficient, and she always had a smile on her face. She really went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met and that caring added to my positive experience. Finding a place in Zurich is not easy. Zurich Relocation made it look easy! I highly recommend!

Amazing furnished place to stay and very professional management team! The apartment is modern, well equipped with coffee machine, big TV, household equipment and even a standing desk just to name a few! Everything was super clean and well prepared just like in a hotel. We have discovered Zurich Relocation with a short-term rent, and we liked their properties and customer service so much that when we permanently moved to Zurich we went straight to them. Not only do they always have great properties available, but their customer service is astonishing, especially thanks to Tuncer. From the apartment selection to the lease agreement, from the check-in to the recurring maintenance (even though the properties are already in an excellent condition), this is by far the best renting experience we have ever had, both in Switzerland and abroad. My wife and I stayed in a ZR Zurich Relocation managed apartment for two months as our initial home when we relocated to Switzerland for work. The apartment is in a great location (close to the lake, with lots of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby, yet reasonably quiet.) It is very comfortably furnished, well equipped, and spacious. Best of all, the people at the office are welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, truly making it their priority that we as their guests are happy with our stay. They were happy to inform us and give advice about aspects of living in Zurich; if we needed smaller things replaced (some cookware in the kitchen), they delivered it the same day, they even helped us in our search for our long-term accommodation. I can unreservedly recommend them if you're looking for a managed furnished home in Zurich.

When I relocated to Switzerland, I needed to find comfortable accommodation, fast. ZR Zurich Relocation provided the perfect solution: I live in a lovely, modern apartment close to the city and lake, with WI-FI and cable TV; having the British channels makes me feel very at home! Everything works and I feel safe, with the ZR team on-hand for any housekeeping or maintenance support (even double-checking I locked the front door!); Konstantin and Fabian are especially kind. At first, I wasn’t sure how long I would stay in Zurich and really appreciated the flexibility of a one-month’s deposit and notice period. Nevertheless, I love my ZR apartment so much, I have already been here for five years!

Zurich relocation was a great experience. Our leasing agent was Fabian Fottner and he was so accommodating to us and easy to work with. To start, he let us leave some luggage with him for about a month before we moved into our apartment. When we left, he sold some skis for us that we left behind, which was above and beyond expectations. as for the apartment, it was perfectly clean and had everything we needed, including a welcome gift with wine, pasta, salt, oil and some juices. We made two requests for additional cookware while we were there for two months and he delivered them immediately. We suggest using Zurich relocation and working with Fabian if you can. Fabian speaks great English as well.

We were fortunate to have used the Zurich Relocation Services. We stayed in a well located and well furnished apartment. Moreover, the team is excellent: very efficient and always ready to help whenever needed.

I lived for 7 weeks in one of their apartment. The location was fantastic, city center near the Opernhaus. The apartment was totally furnished and clean. Great experience to be welcome by Fabian from the Zurich Relocation AG, he is super friendly, professional and was always available for every little question or request I had. Absolutely 5 stars!

Excelent relocation agency in Zurich! I lived 3 months in one of their apartments in the very city center. The apartment was well furnished and clean, the staff was always supportive and available for any need, and the location was perfect to enjoy my first months in Zurich.

I stayed in a ZR furnished apartment for six months after moving to Zürich for work. The flat in the Regensbergstrasse was very nicely furnished and in an excellent location. The agent Bruno was always helpful and responsive, if anything needed fixing it was usually taken care of the very same day! Sad to be leaving!

The only company that you need to call when you are looking for a furnished/survived apartment in Zurich. I have stayed in ZR flats on multiple occasions and I was always very satisfied. They have great apartments, in very central locations. Konstantin and the team's service is really exceptional!

Coming to Zürich is exciting, if there wouldn’t be the haunting task of having to deal with Zürich’s shortage in housing. Luckily, there is Zürich Relocation that made it easy for us. From getting the keys at off hours on an early Sunday morning from a number lock pickup boxes to the welcoming gift bag with wine and snacks from the Zürich region. The apartment was spotless, very well kept, and the weekly cleaning service is also remarkably convenient. We faced some minor issues, for example the relatively new TV suddenly didn’t work any longer. We immediately got a replacement that next morning, and a brand new TV a few days later. Mr. Fottner was especially remarkable, he always made sure we felt comfortable in our temporary apartment, and that anything was properly taken care of. He also researched many long term apartment options for us and made it easy for us to extend the lease of the temporary apartment until we found permanent housing. His approachable and customer service skills exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Zurich Relocation if you come to Zürich and need a place to stay.

We stayed with ZR Zürich Relocation for 2.5 months as our first temporary accommodation when relocating from the US to Zürich for work. This was exactly a year ago and looking back, we couldn't have asked for a better welcome to Zürich. The location in Seefeld was superb, central with the lake, shops and public transportation close by. The agency itself was warm, welcoming and professional, right from our interactions in the US. We felt taken care of. Any need (e.g. utensils or extra linen) was immediately supplied. Fabian, as many have mentioned, was a particularly warm and wonderful contact. In the stress of relocation with finding a new apartment and schools for the children, ZR provided us with an oasis of comfort and care. I highly recommend ZR Zurich Relocation for a furnished, short-term stay in central Zürich.

I have found a very nice apartment in the heart of Zurich, fully furnished, kitchen equipment , bedsheets, TV, everything nice clean modern and working . But the special mention is to Fabian, supportive and caring from day one. He left a very nice gift bag as welcome from our long trip to Switzerland that made us feel in the right place since beginning, and supporting all over the period of accomodation for everything needed. I had to relocate to Zürich on a short notice with little time to arrange an official address and with ZR it was done exceptionally quickly. My case was handled by Fabian who drove the process brilliantly and in general ZR was also reachable in an official capacity outside the working hours and weekends. We quickly found a suitable apartment and the contract was in place within a few days. Highly recommended.

What a great little apartment. This 1 bedroomed apartment is really central, great little area. We loved our stay there. We took our dog and it was perfect. It has everything you need, small fully equipped kitchen, really bright lounge which overlooks the street where there is always something going on. The rental company is super friendly and really efficient, if you need anything they are there for you. 100% recommended.

ZR Relocations have a great choice of accommodation in prime locations in Zürich city. We have stayed in 4 different apartments ranging from a 2 week stay up to 3months. The staff at Zürich Relocation have been incredibly helpful starting from choosing the right apartment for us to providing support and assistance whenever we needed help with anything.

It was a very pleasant in a central but quiet location near the city hall, the Limmat and Old Town full of restaurants and shops. The cleaning and other supporting service is great and it is a very neat and safe apartment perfect for short term or long term stay. The apartment is fully equipped with furniture and kitchen ware as well. Highly recommend.

Nice apartment and very well located in the heart of the Zuercher Seefeld. Close to city center, old town and the lake of Zurich. The apartment is rather old and the kitchen small, but the location overcompensates this by far and we had a very good time there. Good support from the real estate management as well.

We are so grateful to have found ZR, Konstantin, Tuncer and Team. Throughout our entire experience, they were always incredibly responsive, honest and approachable. We started our search early, and had lots of questions - they were responsive every step of the way. They were accommodating and easy going. We stayed at Seefeld 16, which is on Seefeldstrasse. This apartment is large and spacious, well kept and in a prime location of Zurich. It is one block from the lake and the Utoquai/Stand Up Paddle lake swimming amenities. It is a 5 minute walk to Opernhaus and Bellevue and has grocery stores one block away as well. It really is an incredible location. There are trams passing by and you get used to the noise if you like the urban feel. It is really nice to sit on the balcony. There is no pollution and no traffic. Super convenient, super easy. We rented the Old town apartment. Great view of Widder Hotel and Renweg. The apartment was within walking distance from Zurich’s best attractions. Zurich relocations was tops! Their service was beyond anything I could have imagined! Beyond professional for sure, a five star service with the personal care of Tuncer. We will be back for sure. Excellent company! I can highly recommend! I've moved to Zurich during COVID times and they've made the relocation extremely smooth. I had an apartment booked with Zurich Relocation for the beginning of February, but then all of a sudden due to new COVID restrictions had to leave my home country half a month earlier. Within a day they arranged an apartment for me where I could bridge the time. The arranged apartment was even an upgrade to the apartment I had booked before and that for the same price! Besides that the service was excellent. The communication with Tuncer and Konstantin is very pleasant, these are people willing to help you out and understand what you need when you move to a new country. Any problems with internet, equipment in the house, more clothing hangers etc is fixed within the same day. If you want an enjoyable apartment including good care from the owners I can highly recommend Zurich Relocation!

These apartments are located in great neighborhoods for shopping, eating out, and walking by the lake. Additionally, Fabian made the coordination very easy and efficient by helping me find an apartment that fit my preferences, being very responsive to all of my questions, and ensuring all of the logistics were taken care of for my move-in. What I expected to be a stressful process was actually very pleasant and simple thanks to him!

We have stayed at appartment managed by ZR initially for 6 weeks for our relocation period to Zurich. We didn't managed to find the permanent accomodation at that time and we asked for extenstion for 2 weeks. Which was done immediately. Apart from that Konstantin, Tania and Tuncer helped is out with the papers to Zurich Stadt. They are really great, knowing what you need during relocation and highly reaponsible. It was great pleasure to deal with them and highly recommend to choose ZR instead of other services. Their offer appartments im city center which is very convinient not only for quick Zurich visit but also when you need to deal with all relocation issue and need to visit city offices. I will book their appartment again when we will jave friends/family over here.

unbetterable fabulous apartment with glorious large windows views all sides....trees full of life and colour...churchtowers in distance ringing bells sundays... 15th century clock visible on nearby hill across from botanical garden .....bedrooms over mountains and lake...wonderful underfloor heating .....miele machines worked a dream....and quiet....superb mattresses (important)...very comfy couch and dining table chairs.....walk up but very wide stairs and each low step so in fact easy to ascend....stayed a month coming again for that yearly.....the company answered any and all queries once we arrived immediately, emailed and on phone for minor queries....both peope totally committed and knowledgable and very at ease about questions...this is the only company we would ever use (friends have used the other known worldwide virtual monopoly and have had only bad experiences, misrepresentations,feigned ignorance, and aggression...just for the record).....anyway 5 star to zurich relocation!

It is in Center Town, close to everywhere, neighbours are quite and 5 minutes walking is full of bars and restaurants, and finally 10 minutes walking from the lake. There is a nice garden at the background, perfect for grill and meetings on sunny days.

The apartment has everything we needed to live comfortably. Service has been impressive especially Fabian who was helpful and responsive!

Ich wohnte eine gewisse Zeit in einer Wohnung, die von Zurich Relocation betreut wird. Ich musste den Service nicht oft in Anspruch nehmen weil vor meinem Einzug alles topp vorbereitet war, aber als ich sie brauchte waren sie sofort zur Stelle und halfen mir umgehend. Echt gut und gerne wieder.

Erstklassiger, professioneller und freundlicher Service. Ich musste eine betagte Dame infolge Wohnungsrenovation für 2 Monate extern unterbringen. Die gesamte Administration, die Wohnungsübernahme sowie die Rückgabe - alles verlief reibungslos und zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Die Wohnungsabgabe an einem Sonntag war unkompliziert und unbürokratisch. Das Depot habe ich innert der kommunizierten Zeit vollständig retour erhalten. ZR Zurich Relocation AG kann ich absolut weiterempfehlen und würde ich jederzeit wieder in Anspruch nehmen.

Seit 2019 war ich jetzt unter den Fittichen von ZR Zurich Relocation AG in einer wunderschoenen, toll gelegenen Wohnung in Zuerich mit allem, was dazu gehoert, um sich zu Hause zu fuehlen. Es war eine wahre Freude, mit ihnen zusammenzuarbeiten, und ich habe mich niemals alleine oder ohne Ansprechpartner gefuehlt. Es war eine tolle Erfahrung und ich kann allen, die eine professionelle Relocation nach Zuerich planen, nur empfehlen, dies mit ZR zu planen und durchzufuehren. The flat was very functional for my purpose. Easy access to the city centre, venues, shops and meetings. The host provided with excellent service, and every request was quickly fulfilled. I can recommend the flat and Zurich Relocation.

Excellent place to stay in Zurich.... The high points were tram station just below the apartment and the accessibility to Lake Zurich, u can just walk to Lake...

Really good services

So so... Less expensive than some other agencies of this kind but we have had a very bad surprise to find several rotten walls and windows at Dahliastrasse just before a holiday weekend. It took them a week (!) to find a replacement apartment and we got a ridiculous discount for the rent. It takes a loong time to get the deposit back (check it in the contract . ____ Thank you for the reply. The timeline seems correct, apologies for not being exact, but I can assure you that the cleaning of the mold in several rooms on Easter weekend, visiting new apartments and moving into a new one in the middle of the week with your whole family and staying in infested apartment for several days with a baby was a very bad experience. Chf 100 discount out of 5000 rent may be according to the Swiss law but not what you expect when providing a relocation/expat service. I believe a weekend permanence would be desired. Other that the previous organization issues went smoothly and the staff was pleasant.

STAY AWAY from this company!! They rent out old apartments, they know are not acceptable living conditions and still take your money when you move out due to the living conditions. They have apartments with low standard, such as the water in the bathtub is not running down properly because the pipes are old. They expect you to shower in filthy water and blame you instead, saying you have too high living standard. Tell me, who wants to shower in filthy water? I only stayed in the apartment for a few days, and had to move out although I was supposed to rent the apartment for a longer period. The manager insisted that I payed for the one month notice according to the agreement, if he did not find another person who rents the apartment for this period. So I had to pay the company for 1,5 month rent, although I only stayed there for a week and had to move out because of the filthy water in the shower!!! DON'T rent from this company!!
