"Lifestyle mangers - Natalie helped us move from London in 2019. She handled everything, found a wonderful apartment, (many of the best apartments are not listed publicly here, so it is difficult to get the best one when it is listed) she helped with our permits, health insurance, home insurance, bank accounts, sourcing a car at a great price, tax advisor, the best local restaurants and coffee shops, the list goes on. Not only did she help at the offset, but she has been available to us the whole time since then. I do not usually leave reviews, but Natalie was super, I recommend you invest in this service."

"Natalie from Lifestyle Managers is certainly the reason why my family is happily settled in Zug. She helped us find an apartment, a school for my child, a car, health insurance, complete all government immigration requirements, etc. Even before we arrived, she went to visit the prospective short-term rental and sent us a video of a walk-through. She inspected it before our arrival it to make sure it was properly cleaned. It was not, so she had it cleaned again. One cold February morning our hot water and heating broke, and I copied Natalie on an email notifying the management office. By mid-morning they still had not responded, so she went to the agency in person and sorted it out. When we finally found a long-term rental that we liked, there were so many applicants that the owner had to take the listing off the internet after only 24 hours. Although my husband and I were expats and new to Switzerland (Swiss citizens are generally prioritized, followed by long-term residents,) we got the apartment. The fact that Natalie had a contact in the building management probably had something to do with it. Natalie has an incredible ability to be both an A-type, get-it-done person and extremely laid back at the same time. My husband and I never felt pressured to settle on an apartment although we were being picky. She is a wealth of information and extremely kind. With Natalie, you won’t just find an apartment, you will also find a friend."

"Natalie assisted me and my family in both our relocation to Zug and our return to the UK several years later. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She made both relocations incredibly smooth and unstressful, assisting us in finding an apartment, dealing with the relevant governmental authorities, utility companies and mobile phone companies as well as school registrations. On our return, she dealt with all of the de-registrations as well as handling the apartment handover and resolving any requests made by our landlord.
