"When moving to Switzerland in 2023, I would probably have been in trouble if it wasn’t for Frau Kaufmann, our relocation consultant. She helped with finding a property, going to viewings on our behalf prior to our arrival, our liaison between agencies and ourselves, and a whole host of other items.These items included: getting registered at the commune, setting up a bank account, setting up with a Swiss phone number, and the small details that may not be included in the relocation package, but the genuine want to help us (which was the best train subscription/best provider/best way to get furniture, etc). However, when all of this was sorted, she did not stop helping us. Fast forward two years, when we have to leave CH, and she advised us how best to pass on our lease, and again, was still the point of contact in order to get our deposit back. Without her and her company’s help, so many items would have fallen through the cracks. If you are an individual, or a business, this should be the first and only place you should seek in order to start your life in Switzerland on the right note."

"We utilized Julia and Crane relocation for our relocation from Mannheim Germany to Switzerland. I have been an ex-pat for six years and done three moves, and never have I had a relocation specialist as dedicated, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Julia was extremely flexible in working with me, both in working style as well as how she helped my family get settled. She went above and beyond as we experienced some issues with immigration and permitting, and worked tirelessly to get confirmations from the Kantons in which I was trying to switch my Visa. Furthermore, Julia was incredibly responsive in getting our viewings set-up for each flat, and in the Zurich area, this is a must as apartments tend to go very quickly. We were able to do remote viewings (due to my location in Germany and the Coronavirus pandemic ongoing), and she was extremely timely in getting appointments to get us the most options possible. Lastly, she never shied away from acting as a resource, from getting recommendations for local handyworkers to assisting with helping my daughter enroll in school, to calling the gemeinde to explain my specific situation on my behalf. All in all, I have never worked with someone better than Julia. As my company paid the cost of the services, I'm not privy to the charges, but regardless of what they were -- if I were asked to pay any amount of money from my own pocket to have her level of service, I would gladly do it again.
