I am really grateful to this company for helping me find a flat in Zurich. Until I started looking for a place to live as a foreigner with no previous experience here, I didn't realise how hard it is to get a decent place to live in the city. You have to write a great letter, get someone to vouch for you, go to the viewings (which usually take place during working hours) and even then, when you do apply, there's huge competition (like 100-200 people applying for the same apartment) that doesn't favour a foreigner, even with a decent salary. Özgür and his team helped me through all these steps and managed to get me an apartment in less than a month. As well as being a professional in his field, he is a genuinely warm and sincere person who will answer your questions at any time of the day. I can't say enough how grateful I am for their work, I never doubted for a second that I could trust their process. It was a pleasure to work with Ozgur and I would recommend using their services if you are overseas and need a permanent place before arriving to Zurich. But in my case (being in Zurich already for sometime), I think the service was overpriced and did not exactly match my expectations. Despite finding an apartment on my own and handling other things like handover, I still got a bill for 80% of my monthly rent. I don’t think this was fair, considering I feel that I done 50% of the job myself. Additionally, in about two weeks of working together, I did not get offers for inspections besides two listings already listed for a while online on popular real estate websites. Meanwhile, I myself scheduled at least 8 inspections for the upcoming weeks. There’s surely a need for better monitoring from the company side. But I still greatly appreciate putting up the application in a correct and appealing way, as well as helping to understand the contract and clarifying some of the aspects with the real estate agency.
