We decided our best course of action was to enlist the help of a relocation agent. Having had an awful experience with a different relocation company, the bar was set low and we had little to no expectations Sterling Lexicon would be different. I spoke with the relocation manager and expressed our hopes and fears. She listened intently and promised they could deliver. And deliver they did! We were assigned to Maria Gilbert who is possibly the best relo agent we’ve ever worked with. She understood the brief from start to finish and fought tooth and nail to find us a property within 6 weeks, negotiate it to the price we set and fought for us through the multiple snagging issues after we moved into the property. It wasn't a big deal for me because it was one flight and i'm in okey shape but suspect this won't be the case for everyone. Everything arrived and was in okey condition with a few bumps and scratches"

"At the beginning sterling was useful with some papers of the relocation in Zürich, but regarding to housing and the rest of the support they are supposed to give you, they don’t care about it. The lady in charge of us couldn’t care less. She was always blaming to the market. The company of my husband give us support with other agency (as we were months without finding a house and our things already arrived) and the new agency found the perfect place (was what we were looking for), gave us a lot of option. Was very supportive with the rest of papers and documents we needed to do to be settle. So we saw it was possible to have a better service regardless the market. As an answer for your reply, my husband and his company already gave the feedback to your agent. The name that would come to your data base is my husband’s name, but I know what I’m talking about as I’m the one dealing with all this problems. The person in charge of us even suggested us to move to a VERY far place and even change our son to a different school. That was the point when the company talk to you that it was not acceptable and give us another agency to manage the situation"

Nach mehrere Telefonanrufe von unsere Seite, mussten wir durch unser Vater (der war in der Schweiz) die Relax Assistance anrufen, weil wir keine Anrufe mehr tätigen könnten, es stellte sich nun fest, dass die Pannenhilfe eigentlich nie bestellt wurde, erst um ca. 20.00 Uhr wurde dieser beauftragt und der Pannendienst kam um 20.45 an. Das Auto kam dann gut in die Schweiz an, jedoch war uns direkt zu bemerken, dass Jemand das Auto gefahren ist. 40km mehr wurden gefahren seit Abgabe am Pannendienst (Bilder vom Tachostand als Beweis sind vorhanden), jedoch konnte da die Relax Assistance / Zurich keine Information kriegen, was wie und warum wäre das so. Im ganzem mussten wir von unsere eigene Tasche 700 CHF Telefonkoste bezahlen, weil die Relax Assistance mit uns auf keinen anderen Weg kommunizierte, obwohl wir mehrmals seit dem 1. Anruf mitgeteilt haben, dass wir nicht viel Anrufe tätigen können, weil das vom Telefonanbieter irgendwann gesperrt wird. Zusätzlich haben wir alles alleine buchen müssen (Hotel + Flug), weil da wiederrum die Relax Assistance nicht schnell genug reagieren konnte. Ihre Ausrede: «es ist Ferienzeit, wir haben sehr viele Fälle und viele Mitarbeitern sind in den Ferien und momentan sind wir nur 2-3 Personen, die arbeiten, daher auch schwierig für uns auf die E-Mails zu reagieren» Zusammengefasst sind wir einen GANZEN TAG in Albanien stecken geblieben, mussten mit der Relax Assistance kämpfen, um zu kommunizieren, weil diese nicht auf E-Mails reagierten, obwohl wir den Fall mehrmals geschildert haben und mussten trotzdem alles selber aussuchen und buchen. Es stellte sich ja auch fest, dass wir eigentlich mehrmals angelogen wurden, da der Pannendienst nie bestellt wurde. Zusätzlich wollen Sie jetzt auch nicht die 7OO CHF Telefonkosten übernehmen, obwohl wir den Kommunikation via E-Mails , Skype, Teams, Whatsapp verlangt haben. Relax Assistance war leider gar nicht so relaxed, sondern eine stressige Zeit und die Lösungen mussten wir alleine finden."

Für mein Nissan Micra bezahle ich seit 4 Jahren Fr. 789,-, plötzlich wollen Sie Fr. 903,- von mir! Das ganze Gejammere von den "erhöhten Reparaturkosten" kann ich nicht mehr hören. During a claim, I have been passed to over 5 people, ending by Mr. Dario Rechsteiner, who only replies briefly to an email after one week or more, without even answering to all questions. He is never reachable no matter how much you ask to speak with him and all I managed to get over their official phone line is that they will forward my request for a reply as soon as possible, but it prooved to be without any luck for more than one week. Over my last conversation, the lady who was looking at my case, Fr. Zürcher, told me that the money for the case was already transfered to my account and had to spend 5min explaining that the amount which was paid was only for getting the 'repair offer' from the repair shop, not for the broken item. She also seemed not very friendly over the phone and I am not a picky person. I am not sure how the employees are trained, most seem very professional over the phone but there is clearly something wrong in keeping customers updated with the status of their claims, for this reason, I give Zürich Versicherung 1 star and will gladly move to another company next year."

Ein solches Vorgehen ist lächerlich und schlechthin unprofessionell der ZURICH! Sinnlose Vertröstungen jeglicher Art! Ablehnung eines fachärztlichen Berichtes welcher explizit die Erkrankung eines Patienten erläutert! Einfordern eines fachärztlichen Berichtes und sich dann weigert diesem nachzukommen! Im Sinne, was man auch tut, es wird von der ZURICH nicht wahrgenommen! Ich habe es satt mich mit der arglistigen Arroganz der ZURICH auseinandersetzen! Eine traurige Bilanz - aber nun ist mir klar, weshalb das Unternehmen finanziell so gut aufgestellt ist. "If I could give zero stars I would. A truly awful experience with Sterling Lexicon. This was not the first time I have used Sterling Lexicon but it will certainly be the last. They packed up our goods over 2 years ago and placed into storage. 2 mattresses were destroyed (one folded in half and stored that way for 2 years and one covered in mould and mildew). Made worse by the insurance offering they have which doesn't allow cover for mould and mildew if in storage for over 18 months! A number of items were also broken during the pack up and storage. Dealing with their insurance department was appalling and they took no responsibility for the mould and mildew even though I was unable to take out the insurance because of the time in storage. My advice based on my personal experience - find another company for any relocation or storage."
