They don't know anything locally or abroad, they don't give clear instructions or understand half the forms to fill out, especially when it comes to cars. We got more information from the guy we sold our other car to, which would have caused even more headache. We have to chase all the time even when we try to get ahead of things bc they are useless, they don't provide any information much less anything proactive. Don't expect this to make a move more manageable, it's almost worse than doing it by ourselves! My husbands company paid this time so I imagine they charge a fortune for no service, avoid especially if you are paying yourself! We even made a complaint, it was escalated up, got a few empty emails, then back to nothing again. Our contact was Celine P. in Switzerland but their partner Vanessa G. in New York was not much better! AVOID"
