With this understanding and her knowledge of the area she was able to provide helpful advice. At no time did she pressure us to take an apartment. As properties became available, she informed us of them then set up appointments for viewings. Sandra joined us for two of these and also visited a property on our behalf when we could not travel from Germany. In the latter case, she sent us a movie and comments which gave us a clear picture. Sandra also helped ensure we completed the necesary paperwork for each rental application correctly. Moving is always stressful but Sandra's approach and her willingness to entertain all questions made it as easy as it could be. And yes, we were successful in finding a great apartment."
