I had long considered moving out of my apartment, and the added challenge of major construction work in my building prompted me to seek their assistance in finding a new place quickly. I hoped that hiring Global Relocation would streamline the process and ease the burden of searching for suitable accommodation. However, I also took the initiative and rented a furnished apartment on my own while waiting for their support. Fortunately, the apartment I found on my own met my requirements, and the landlords were accommodating enough to agree to a long-term lease without furniture. It was evident that Global Relocation had limited involvement in this particular arrangement, as their role was minimal. Later on, as I approached Global Relocation to inquire about the remaining fees, I politely requested a discount, considering the level of involvement in my search. They responded with a 10% discount on the remainder of their fees, explaining that this was a compromise to ensure their adviser, Leonore, received her full commission. While I appreciated the gesture, I also couldn't help but feel that Leonore's involvement in my search was relatively brief, and the suggested options didn't entirely align with my criteria. I wished for more comprehensive assistance and understanding of my specific needs. My experience with Global Relocation leaves me with mixed feelings, and I believe it's essential for future clients to weigh the pros and cons carefully before making a decision. With a total cost of 3600 CHF, I had hoped for a more beneficial outcome. While they played a minimal role in finding the apartment I eventually rented, I also took the initiative to secure a place on my own. If you're considering using Global Relocation or any other relocation agency, I recommend thoroughly evaluating multiple offers, comparing the terms, and clarifying the level of support they will provide. My experience shows that not all agencies may deliver the value you expect for the money spent. Make an informed decision to ensure your relocation process is as smooth and beneficial as possible."

"Unfortunately, my experience with the agency was not very positive. I got a recommendation from my colleague and was very happy to work with them at first. Isabelle took care of my requests promptly and seemed efficient. Yet, as soon as I signed my contract with them, she transferred my file to her colleague, who was absolutely incompetent. She was not clear about what I wanted despite the lengthy survey that I filled. She would give me one or two apartments per week when I saw tens of ads flying into my mailbox. I complain and then she would send me more. But after a few days, she would stop and I complain again. It seemed like an endless cycle. Then, my file got transferred again to another person. She obviously did not read my survey either because the first few apartments that she suggested were way outside of my preferences. After I complained (again) she started to send me apartments that fit my agenda. Yet, the biggest drawback was that she wrote incorrect information on my application file. I had to submit my application through the current tenant, so received the file from the agency and realized that she got my salary, permit status, and rent wrong! I had to double check everything and correct the document myself. It would have been way faster if I filled out the form myself. In the end, I got an apartment that I found out through facebook and submitted the file after correcting all the mistakes on my own. The previous tenant liked me and said she would give me priority. So in the end I got the apartment but I doubt if the agency had anything to do with it. The only positive experience was my interaction with Isabelle but she would from time to time show indifference to what I experienced with other colleagues. I paid my fees but I truly believe that the agency did not contribute much. I would not work with this agency again."

"QUELLE DECEPTION ! Nous avons sollicité les service de cette agence après plusieurs mois de recherche de logement "en autonomie". Pleins d'espoir et après un premier contact téléphonique galvanisant; nous avons pactisé avec le diable ! Les premiers jours après la signature, nous avons eu des contacts rapprochés, quelques propositions de logements puis assez vite... plus rien. Leur sympathie n'est pas à remettre en cause mais leur efficacité dans notre cas, si. Nous n'avons eu aucune plus value par rapport à des recherches en autonomie (même des recherches passives, avec une alerte activée sur comparis). Nous avons, après 5 semaines, eu la chance d'avoir un logement par un autre biais... mais avons dû régler tout de même 2300 chf !!! Pour des recherches infructueuses vite essoufflées, notre dossier envoyé à 1 régie et leur sourire, c'est très cher vous en conviendrez. JE VOUS RECOMMANDE DE BIEN LIRE LES CONTRATS QUE VOUS SIGNEZ ET DE NE PAS FAIRE CONFIANCE A LEUR PSEUDO-BIENVEILLANCE ! GARDEZ A L'ESPRIT QUE CE GENRE D'AGENCE N'A RIEN DE PHILANTHROPE !!!"

"Nous avons fait appel aux services de Global Relocation pour notre recherche d’appartement à Genève. Pendant près de 5 mois, ils ont déposés des dossiers, en vain, malgré qu’ils nous confirmaient que notre dossier était bon. Finalement, nous avons trouvé un appartement par nos propres moyens et fait tout le nécessaire et Global Relocation nous a réclamé la totalité des frais. Lisez bien les petites lignes de leur contrat, ils ne sont pas tenus de vous trouver un appartement mais vous êtes tenus de leur régler les frais ! Nous déconseillons vivement. PS: Ils n’ont jamais déposé de dossier le 26 janvier dans cette régie, j’ai moi même déposé en main propre à la gérante mon dossier qui a été accepté. En plus d’escrocs, ce sont des menteurs. À fuir !"

"Ce fut l'une des expériences les plus frustrante de ma vie, après des semaines sans recevoir aucune proposition d'appartement de la part de la conseillère, je lui ai demandé une explication et elle m'a dit que les annonces qu'elle avait trouvées avaient déjà été proposées par moi, super, je vous paye pour rien. Au final elle ne s'est occupée que de la paperasse et même la documentation était mal retranscrite et j'ai du m'en rendre compte par moi même. Dès que j'ai trouvé le premier appartement, j'ai répondu positivement parce que j'attendais depuis si longtemps, et cela a suffi à annuler toute les autres propositions que j'ai posées, parce que la relation avec les régies est plus importante que ma liberté de choix (satisfaction client 0). Sur le contrat, il est dit qu'ils s'occuperont de m'inscrire à la SIG une fois que je serai entré dans l'appartement, 3 mois plus tard, on m'informe qu'ils ne savent rien de moi et que j'ai trois mois d'arriérés. J'écris à la conseillère à ce sujet en copiant-collant la partie du contrat signé avec la clause d'inscription à la SIG, et elle me répond que cela ne fait pas partie du contrat, mais elle m'inscrit quand même à la SIG, je veux dire que la question est de savoir si vous êtes dans le métier ou si vous jouez simplement sur l'anxiété et la difficulté de trouver des appartements à Genève, je suis dégoûtée."
