I moved to Basel in 2018 with my family including 10-year old twins. Even before my move, Martina got in touch with me to understand what were my family's needs. She was at the train station when we arrived, she brought us to the temporary house, she helped with the grocery, with the permit for the entire family, with the bank account and mostly with finding the perfect house for our family. She actually showed me the house I had excluded to begin with and I immediately fell in love with it and did not want to see anything else. It's also worth to mention I've also reached her months after my move for suggesting on how to set up my husband's company, and when I needed help in dealing with my house owner. She is simply fantastic!!! She is a very nice person and always willing to help! If you need to move to Basel Martina is the person to reach out to and you will not need to worry about anything!

TLDR; we pat ourselves on the back every day for choosing Martina's services. From our first inquiry call with Martina, it was clear to us that she would be extremely helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. We had a very tight timeline to find an apartment and get our paperwork settled moving from Canada to to Basel and she made the whole process very seamless. Martina was able to find a perfect place for us and helped with all other aspects of moving to a new place. Apart from searching for an apartment that fits our needs, she took care of making sure our rental application had a good chance of being approved, that the rental agreement was sound and that the handover was done without a hitch. The process of setting up banking and phone plans was also expedited thanks to her. Throughout the whole process we felt like we always had someone looking out for us when we didn't know anyone else and she remains a friend now that we are settled.

I know Martina since 2012 when she helped me and my wife to move to Switzerland. She treats her customers with high attention to detail and is always ready to go beyond.
