The move started right on time, and they came fully equipped. Their process was clearly well thought out. Heavy items were lifted safely and with teamwork. My carpets were protected without me asking. They knew how to handle tricky spaces. Everything stayed safe, clean, and organized. Outstanding experience.

My brother passed away last year in Miami, Florida. He always intended to bring his books back to our family home in Karachi, Pakistan when he retired. I decided to do this after his passing and found this company over the internet to help with the task. The consignment of my late brother's books an other items was delivered to me on 18th March, 2025. A bit later than expected but everything arrived in mint condition, without so much as a scratch. I would like to thank Ryan and his team for the excellent packing and handling and their local counterpath Servico in Karachi for their excellent and very prompt service. Salim's books are now home in his library in Karachi and the small loveseat that we bought from burdines in 1995 , one of the first pieces of furniture for his new home in Coral Gables , has now found a place in our foyer in Karachi.

I recently relocated my art studio to Little Havana, and Xpress Relocations handled the move beautifully. I had several large pieces—both sculptures and framed works—and they brought the right packing materials to protect everything properly. Their team was professional, showed great attention to detail, and treated my artwork with real care. Everything arrived in perfect condition. It's clear they understand how important these items are. I’m very happy with the experience and would gladly recommend them to other artists in Miami.

They brought extra supplies in case we ran short and ended up saving us. They wrapped our large mirror twice just to be safe. Furniture was secured properly inside the truck. They walked us through every stage. I felt like we were in good hands. That peace of mind meant a lot.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I had a great experience. I had used flex storage to storage and move my things originally . Flex broke my property then wouldn’t send it to me. Then refused to reimburse my damages. I went to Xpress Relocations for help! They documented all the damages for me and got my stuff to Colorado from Florida. They helped me so much and were so kind and compassionate to my situation. If you want a moving company that’s still human use them!

It’s hard to find a crew that works this well together. They knew the layout before stepping foot in the house. Equipment was top-notch. Wrapping and lifting were done with care. They moved with rhythm and accuracy. It all went according to plan. Very happy with the outcome.

These are the best movers we have ever used (and we have moved many times over the years). They were on time, securely crated our art, and were very careful and efficient in taking the art and all of the rest of our household possessions downstairs to their van. Every one of the three men who came were extremely kind and helpful. And then, embarrassingly, about an hour and a half after they left, we discovered that we had forgotten to have them load about 10 large boxes that we had packed and stored in the garage (totally our mistake not theirs). They sent a truck right back to get the rest of the items. Just amazing customer service. We couldn’t be more grateful.

Very professional and timely. They gave us an arrival window between 8am and 10am and arrived promptly at 8am with a big 25-ft truck. They boxed up the remaining items in the home that were not yet packaged; and they were very careful - going down multiple flights of stairs with our furniture. They broke down and set up our couch; and placed all of our boxes carefully in each appropriate room. They spoke both English and Spanish and communicated professionally with us. Their rate is per hour and worked hard for 5 1/2 hours before finishing. My family was very pleased all around with their service. (They have good customer service over the phone as well.)

Today I did a move out with Xpress Relocation. My crew of Robert, Joelle and Yanni (?) were outstanding! The arrived on time, were very clean and professional. After Robert thoroughly explained how everything was going to go, they got to work and did not stop. Everything that went out my front door was inventoried, numbered and accounted for. They handled my valuables with white glove care and wrapped and padded all of my furniture (some of which holds a lot of sentimental value to me) with great care. They treated my belongings as if they were their own. They were polite, respectful and friendly. I hope they follow me back to Pennsylvania and are my crew to offload my items as carefully as they loaded them. Robert and Orlando did an amazing job with my long distance move from Florida to South Carolina. They were punctual, had effective communication, delivered everything undamaged, and literally worked non-stop. I used Xpress Relocations last year to move. Their prior job extended quite a bit and they were not able to make it on time, but they keep me informed about estimated arrival time. Upon arrival, the guys were very diligent and professional. They worked really hard to not extend the time agreed. All the charges were as discussed and no surprises. We were really happy with the service and cost provided, they took very good care of our furniture. I will recommend them in a heartbeat!

I called them at the last possible minute before we had to move, and they came out, in the rain and moved my entire house. They wee quick, careful and efficient. Great experience. Great price. Smooth and quick move across the country. Had trouble fitting couch through our front door so, without complaint, movers carefully removed our front door and then reattached it when they were done. Couch was carefully wrapped and arrived undamaged.

They were extremely nice. They added me last minute and the movers literally disassembled and assembled everything. Well, it was the few moving companies that added it in the description. Very perfect, and reassured me the whole time they will take good care of my stuff. I usually would have tried to move everything on my own, because I had surgery at the beginning of the month and I am a woman living alone, I decided to get help. I do not like moving and these guys made it a BREEZE. They were well priced, quick, efficient, and I would highly recommend to others. I have moved several times and have never had a moving experience that was even close to this one. They were nice and patient and did not go over the promised time. I am not a Spanish speaker so that can be challenging at times in Miami but these guys spoke English super well and were incredible! LOVED THEM HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Add to this that I live in New Jersey and was responsible for moving my 95 year old mom from her spacious 2 bedroom condo to a small one bedroom apt. in Assisted Living in Miami, and you have the makings of a nightmare. Enter Joseline of Xpress Renovations, the only person of the 5 moving companies that I contacted who was incredibly responsive to my questions and concerns, and worked to make everything as smooth as possible for me. When I flew into Miami, Joseline had all the pieces of my move already coordinated perfectly for me. I cannot recommend her highly enough! Also amazing and impressive was the Xpress Renovations crew that helped me make the actual move, headed by their top notch guy named Andrew. Andrew and his crew were beyond awesome. They had integrity. They were competent and efficient with the time. And most important, they got the job done for me without a glitch, with everything arriving at my mom's new apt. in perfect condition. You could not possibly hire a better moving company than Xpress Renovations!! I HIGHLY recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic! I was in need of a moving company and only had two days to spare! I completed one of those "search Questionnaire" for Movers and was BOMBARDED with phone calls. In addition, I did my own GOOGLE search and located many. Wow! this was the toughest job! There are sooooooo many companies with sooooo many different prices and sooooo much BS of "charges for this and charges for that" I though I would loose it! LOL... I then found THIS company and spoke to a very nice young lady by the name of Josslene(I'm not sure how to spell her name). She gave me an EXCELLENT and competitive price, plus assured me the movers would come the next day in the morning. I got so nervous because it sounded to good to be true and I HAD to move this furniture from my rental property that morning. True to their word. they arrive on time the next morning! My movers were named Ruben and Alberto. WOW!! These two guys were INCREDIBLE!!!!! They disassembled my three beds, wrapped all my living room furniture in plastic and dining room furniture - then took it downstairs and loaded their truck! Their supervisor even popped in and began to help. Also, this company, like most, has a three hour minimum and I think it took them no more than an hour and a half. Then they drove it to my storage facility and carried all this stuff to my storage! Rueben and Alberto were just FANTASTIC!! They were also very friendly and pleasant. Let me just say, I don't believe the negative reviews are coming from customers. I believe its probably some of their competitors. Trust me, LOOK NO FURTHER! This company is truly fantastic. You will not be disappointed. :-)

My daughter and her husband had used this moving company twice and were extremely happy, so I did the same after having a not very happy experience with another company. I was impressed with their efficiency, quickness, competency and skills. I not only used them for the storage move, but also ended up getting a quote from them for a move to another state, as well as unloading the first truck that had been loaded onto a Upack 26-ft trailer. They moved everything out of storage in Florida and loaded it on their truck, later driving to Alabama and unloading it, as well as unloading a 26-ft trailer that was also full. They were worker bees in constant motion and they got the job done. I was very pleased and happy that I had made the right choice. I highly recommend you use Xpress Relocations for all your moves - local or interstate. You will be happy you chose them!

Express Relocations is the best moving company we have ever worked with. The are very professional, they have competitive prices, and they always take good care of their customers.

Great company with great people skills. There’s only one negative comment I can make and that is during the process of moving I wish they would have kept track of or better organized the screws needed to hold my furniture together. Still, months later, I still can’t find the pieces to put my daughters bed together. Other than that, the entire moving process was made tolerable because of this company and it’s employees.

We used this company in December to move from Binghamton NY to Ocala, FL. We also had to store our items for 30 days as our new home had not been completed. The crew that packed and picked up our items were VERY GOOD. The crew that delivered our items were not. Also, we sustained some minor damage which I tried to work with the company to remedy. We had purchased the insurance which turned out to be not so good either. I fixed the damage on my own and after talking with Joe, I felt we should at least be compensated for our time and the hardware/glue we had to purchase to make the repairs. Not a word back after promising he would talk to the owner. Customer service did NOTHING but argue with me. Had thought about filing a claim but needed estimates and a dated inventory from the delivery. The inventory Joe emailed me was not dated and NUMEROUS requests to get a dated inventory were not answered. Customer service kept telling me Joe sent what we needed to file the claim even though he had not. I kept telling them we needed the DATED INVENTORY AND ADDRESS OF THE STORAGE FACILITY but they ignored every request. It is now too late to file a claim and no one has reached out to us to even pay for the materials to fix the damaged items. I would not recommend this company. Very poor customer service and follow up. I feel their motto should be "take the money and run". BEWARE!!!! So, the business responds telling me they will "fix it"???? Really?? You did nothing for almost NINE MONTHS even though I called constantly for WEEKS and was yanked around. This move cost over $8000 and even if I had decided to make a claim, I was not provided with the NECESSARY INFORMATION on the warehouse location which was REQUIRED for my claim. Your people NEVER DATED THE INVENTORY which also prevented me from filing a claim. NO ONE SEEMED CONCERNED ABOUT FIXING THIS.

Due to unforeseen life circumstances, this review was written last year but submitted late. In short, the staff and movers were amazing; however, the owner/boss, Eynel, is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I moved from FL to PA in June 2024. My Point of Contact (POC) was very friendly and easy to reach. She updated me frequently throughout the move, which helped ease the stress. She clearly understood the stress of moving and was always very helpful and patient. The movers were hard-working and friendly, and they loaded and unloaded my stuff in a timely manner. Most importantly, they carefully handled my belongings. What I wish I had known ahead of time: Their payments online charge a 3% fee. With a $10,000 move, that is $300 in fees I was unwilling to pay. They didn’t have the option to enter my bank account info so I did a wire transfer. It took some time so I wanted to plan ahead for my final payment on move-in day to complete another wire transfer. I contacted my POC the day before. She gave me a final total, which differed from the total on my website invoice. On move-in day, there were 3 separate amounts being juggled around before the correct balance could be confirmed. Once it was confirmed, I sent it over to my bank who said it would take 30-45 minutes. I was never notified that the movers would not (correction: COULD not, according to their boss) even begin to unload the truck until all payments were received. Once I was told that, I worked with my bank to try to get it wired ASAP. This is when I get a call from Eynel, with whom I have had zero dealings with so far. There were no formalities, rather, he immediately proceeded to demand the payment. I explained the wire was in the process, and he literally yelled at me and told me I should have been prepared since I knew the total the night before. I explained that I had text messages all morning with my POC about the correct total (I have text messages for proof), but he insisted I knew the night before and would not listen to me. He threatened to tell his drivers to drive away with my belongings and to charge me additional costs because they had been waiting for payment. Obviously I was very stressed out, having been working on this move for a couple of months, and he was threatening to take my belongings away that were right in front of me. I frantically pulled my car in front of the truck because I didn’t want the movers to drive away with my stuff at his command. I was panicked. He was not listening to a word I was saying, was raising his voice at me, and was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I hung up the phone on him because there was no getting this man to listen, and I refused to continue to be treated rudely and unprofessionally. I immediately called my POC, who was again, calming, helpful, patient, and spoke with me and my bank to figure out the payment situation. Once my bank canceled the wire transfer and increased my withdrawal amount, I told the movers I was driving to the nearby ATM ASAP. I apologized that I blocked them in but explained how their boss treated me. They informed me that their boss told them to call the police on me. I am aware it is illegal to block them in, but I was also prepared to explain to the cops my reasoning behind it. Luckily the movers were calm and patient and communicative with me so cops were not needed. Cops were never actually needed if that man could learn to run a business and communicate professionally! My POC and moving crew were awesome, and I would highly recommend them. Knowing the above info about payment, you may be able to avoid all contact with the owner if you do go through this company. However, the way he spoke to me and treated me and never apologized, that man will never see another penny from me. This man is not meant to own a company that is designed to help their customers during what everybody knows is already a stressful time in life. And if he treats his employees anything like how he treats his customers (which I suspect), I hope they realize they deserve better.

Very very poor service. Started out great quoted $2300 for a 2 bedroom house and the date they came to pick up everything it went down hill from there sq ft 356 what 2bedroom house has that when I told them my house was 900 sq ft. Then they hiked up the price to 3k which I ended up giving them. Then it took about 30 days for them to bring it when I told them I wouldn’t have the remainder of the money and they came anyways then charged me an extra $1,500 and keep my stuff 2 months 4,500. Then after all said and done they stole my husbands tools from his 45 yrs as a Machinist journeyman that was worth 5500 so when all said and done I’m out 10k would never recommend using them say away from them

The WORST company to use for any move. They are not honest, they are not reliable, and the price will change after pickup and before drop off that you are forced to then pay. BEWARE!!!! Find another company, you’ll thank me later. Not trustworthy

We used them for my parents and it’s been over 30 business days and they haven’t delivered their furniture and can’t tell us where it is. Horrible company. Would give them 0 stars if possible. DO NOT USE

They are scammers do not use them. They are liars and thefts. They quote you a price you pay half of that and when it’s time to move they up the price. They are not movers they are brokers but they say they aren’t. Please do not use them they are evil people.

I recently hired this Company for a local move based off a referral from a friend, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. First, they arrived late without any communication, leaving me and my family waiting around for hours. When the movers finally did show up, they seemed disorganized and careless. Several of my belongings were damaged or scratched, and when I reported this to their customer service, I was met with indifference and excuses. The team was unprofessional, with a noticeable lack of respect for our property and a generally negative attitude. The final bill ended up being significantly higher than the initial quote, with no clear explanation for the extra charges. To top it off, the moving process took twice as long as estimated, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Overall, I would strongly advise against using this Moving Company. Their poor service and lack of accountability made what should have been a simple move an extremely frustrating experience.

This company has 0 customer service! I ordered movers to help me to take out the furniture from the house. I paid for everything upfront. Initially I was told that they will come 12-2pm. However they postponed several times, but promised they will come today. At 3.30pm I called and they told me that they're not coming!!! We waited for them the whole day, and they cancelled last minute. I am shocked such companies still exist, they really don't care about customers. And people on the phone don't keep their words and promises. I would recommend avoiding this company

I referred a friend to this moving company. He was quoted $4800. They charged him $8200 once the movers got there. This company is merely a broker company. They’re not a moving company. They charge a low fee to get you locked in. Then you’ll be charged much higher by the actual moving company. Asked them were they a brokerage or the actual move company. They lied and told him that they were the actual moving company. Don’t do business with them. Beware. Lawsuit coming!!! You’re asking me to reach out to you. With this response, you just gave me. I’ve already reached out to you several times via email. And it was your company. Don’t let this company fool you guys with the response below. It’s untrue.

This is a brokerage that leads to terrible moving companies, you have to beware of this. This is no good, they get the information wrong, you think you going to pay 1 price, then the scam movers that tries to steal your goods, comes in and gives you a completely different price, like $2k higher than what these people quoted you on, only deal with direct movers, make sure they are the moving company, not a brokerage. I have 2 more post to make on moving companies I had to deal with, after using this brokerage. Both was terrible. Update. I got the right company, I got a contract to prove it. Update: After over a year they responded to my review and asked me to contact them to work things out. I emailed them and they tried to put me through the same flow that took months to resolve, only to result in them saying no reimbursement and wasting hours of my time. After I replied to that saying I simply want to be reimbursed for the item they broke, since I paid extra for insurance and showed pictures, they ignored me and I haven't heard back... until today, because they added to their automated marketing system without my consent and are now spamming me. Just a bad company overall, I can't imagine treating customers like this. Breaking items, stealing money essentially (I paid for insurance but they refused to reimburse me), then spamming me without my consent, reaching out only to waste my time again. Not cool. I hate to give a bad review, but in this case I feel like I was cheated and not valued as a customer, and to me ethics are the most important quality for a business. I had a piece of furniture show up broken beyond repair, so I filed a claim (I had paid for insurance before the shipment). It took about 3 months to get a response (after bugging them multiple times). The response: I would not be able to collect any reimbursement on it because the amount was lower than the deductible. Summary: I paid for insurance, somebody broke my furniture, and I don't get any compensation. I prefer good ethics and honesty. If I broke something I would pay for it. This company did not. They worked with another partner (I shipped from overseas), so I'm not sure who is to blame for breaking my furniture but they were not helpful in helping me to recoup any settlement or figure out what happened, and often ignored me. The 2 delivery guys were great, friendly and helpful to bring in everything.

$483.54 to move a hot tub a few feet up to pool area! Ridiculously high price for the work done. They need to consider the job for accurate pricing. All went well but won’t call them again. I can get it done for much less.

I wish I could give negative stars. This place is a joke. If you chose to use them- don’t expect to see your stuff for two weeks (after they said 3-10 days), they won’t communicate about delays unless you reach out to them and even then the time frames will get changed several times. The CEO says let me talk with the management team to see what kind of discount I can get you. (The management team is him and his wife according to the website). Their solution? Let me offer you 5% off the second half of your payment…not even the whole thing. So you finally get your belongings great… except your tv is missing, several things are broken, and they don’t even bring the pieces for you to put together a bed frame. The delivery drivers drop a desk and break it while coming in. So you reach back out, they say they will look for your tv, pay you for some of the broken objects, and give you a bed frame they have in the warehouse… so you want to give me a USED BEDFRAME/HEADBOARD THAT YOU LOST FOR SOMEONE ELSE???? Disgusting no thanks. After 2 more weeks they find your tv and say they are “working to schedule a delivery”. No other comments made. Then two days later the whole company is blowing up your phone because they are now in the area and want to deliver it now. Problem being, no notice was given of delivery so both my husband and I are at work. My husbands ends up having it delivered to his job to put in the back of his pickup truck and hopes no one steals it. They tried telling me “we contacted you two days ago” and had a snarky tone behind the message and tried to back track when I sent them a screenshot of what was said to me and tried to say “they are trying to schedule it now”. No they are saying we are dropping it off at this moment because we can’t deliver it tomorrow. (Even though our stuff at the beginning was delayed several times supposedly because other people couldn’t accept their belongings at the original scheduled times) Franco will act amazing until he collects your money, then he stops caring. He couldn’t even be bothered to learn my husbands name and kept calling him some name that he made up. He also thought he was just talking to my husband at one point and tried to claim he told me things and then when I made it known I was on the phone, he wanted to change what he was saying. The CEO acts like he will take care of you to get you off the phone then he just puts you in contact with customer service who does practically nothing. He runs from difficult situations and makes other people deal with it. You can ignore the following quotes on their website: “ensure every deadline is met” “we work with transparency, trust, and empathy” I wouldn’t have cared about any of these issues, if they just learned to communicate. And I said that several times before I had to start getting rude with them. This whole company is a joke. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY from these people. They attempted to do the bare minimum to fix this whole ordeal but couldn’t even handle that.

Wish I could give them 0 stars!!!! Do NOT recommend using this service for your moving needs. The estimate will be leaps and bounds off from what the movers will attempt to charge you on the day of moving. We were quoted one price and then the movers called the day before to get an estimate of what was to be moved (although everything was on the paperwork) and charged us more money. On the day of moving they wanted to charge us THOUSANDS of dollars more the original estimate for the exact items on the estimate. When we called concerning the original estimate, they told us it was at the discretion of the moving company. This is a scam. We ended up having to rent our own moving van to move ourselves out of Florida.

They did a nice job with packing! Good pricing-so we thought! They delivered on time - BUT - 40% of the items went missing! Interestingly all the more valuable items disappeared! An absolute nightmare! Very frustrating and disappointing! NOT trustworthy! If you want to keep your things DO NOT use this company!!!!

They were slow and very inefficient. They broke so many things , furniture and items in boxes broken. They don’t listen to instructions in Spanish or English. It was a disaster. Now I have to deal with insurance claim and get paid much less than what the items are worth. Customer service is horrible. They took All day from 9a to 5p to move a one bedroom apt. They were awful

my furniture was delivered good But customer service tried to get a hold of the salesperson or anybody to give you answers. It’s almost impossible empty promises all the time customer service never using this service ever again.

Check out their F rating on BBB! They broke my TV and wasted my time promising me a replacement that they never delivered on. They were a no show for my appointments , so I had to stay an extra day in my old apartment, causing the next tenant to also be delayed a day and costing me even more money. I can’t even begin to tell you what a nightmare it was to work with this company. The owner is unresponsive. Avoid at all costs

The very first words the movers told us when they arrived is that they were not going to be able to finish the move unless they got a tip, despite the company explaining to is that it was an easy move that could be done in one day. The move was less than two miles and not much furniture. We later discovered that by tue end of the move we are missing $400 worth of our stuff. Truly a horrible experience.

This company claims to have no BBB complaints. Please do your due diligence before you trust them with your belongings! They broke several items, including a brand new tv. They didn’t show up the first day and I should have left it at that. Completely unprofessional and went way over their estimate to move my 1 br apartment literally across the street. Negligent at best and scam artists at worst. AVOID
