Excellent service! We worked with Fiona to find our apartment in Zürich. She was extremely helpful and friendly. We were able to find our dream apartment very quickly. It is quite difficult to find an apartment in Zürich. However, we found the apartment we were looking for thanks to them. So I highly recommend their service.

They provided a very professional and thoughtful service which helped us find great apartment in the City of Zürich. We have heard that It is difficult to find an apartment here since the supply is very limited. We are lucky to have Fiona who accompanied us to see each apartment that we came across or she found by using their tool (very helpful). We are in close contact when there was a new released apartment in the market. Fiona represented us to book a tour, communicate with the other party, explain the layout, prepare all the documents, walking us through before moving in, etc. Overall, I think we may not have this ideal apartment without her help. So I highly highly recommend their service.

I have moved to Switzerland at the end of June (after the boarders opened) and I have very few time to search House and take my family on boarding before the school starting in August. We moved to Zurich in the middle of the pandemic with two little kids. Schweizer relocation helped us enormously. Fiona took such a good care of us; she explained each step of the way and went back and forth to make sure everything was ready. She was extremely patient with all our questions, and responded to each email promptly. I cannot imagine how we could have done it without her. I would definitely recommend Schweizer Relocation for anyone who needs to find a permanent location in Zürich (single or family). It doesn’t matter if you think you’re ready to play by the “Zürich estate market rules”. You’re not. There are so many new rules or habits that for a non-Swiss it would be very very complicated find the right/perfect location (but also for the Swiss the game is tough). Fiona and Astrid have always supported us in all our requests and thanks to a specific section of their website it was possible to improve together the quality of the apartment research. And more, even once you succeeded on signing for the apartment you’re looking for, things are not finished yet. Fiona and Astrid were there for the last and important details. My wife and I relocated just over 2 months ago. Relocation is a stressful endeavor no matter which way you slice it. Unfortunately, i would not give positive feedback. I had half service, i had to find my apartment by myself but i charged with full amount. On top of it ,nobody even provide me any information about where to and how to register for electricity services for example. I noticed this 2 months after i moved the apartment i found by myself.
