The apartment is in a great location (close to the lake, with lots of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby, yet reasonably quiet.) It is very comfortably furnished, well equipped, and spacious. Best of all, the people at the office are welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, truly making it their priority that we as their guests are happy with our stay. To start, he let us leave some luggage with him for about a month before we moved into our apartment. When we left, he sold some skis for us that we left behind, which was above and beyond expectations. as for the apartment, it was perfectly clean and had everything we needed, including a welcome gift with wine, pasta, salt, oil and some juices. "Coming to Zürich is exciting, if there wouldn’t be the haunting task of having to deal with Zürich’s shortage in housing. Luckily, there is Zürich Relocation that made it easy for us. From getting the keys at off hours on an early Sunday morning from a number lock pickup boxes to the welcoming gift bag with wine and snacks from the Zürich region. The apartment was spotless, very well kept, and the weekly cleaning service is also remarkably convenient. We faced some minor issues, for example the relatively new TV suddenly didn’t work any longer. We immediately got a replacement that next morning, and a brand new TV a few days later. Mr. Fottner was especially remarkable, he always made sure we felt comfortable in our temporary apartment, and that anything was properly taken care of. He also researched many long term apartment options for us and made it easy for us to extend the lease of the temporary apartment until we found permanent housing. There are trams passing by and you get used to the noise if you like the urban feel. It is really nice to sit on the balcony. There is no pollution and no traffic. Super convenient, super easy. I had an apartment booked with Zurich Relocation for the beginning of February, but then all of a sudden due to new COVID restrictions had to leave my home country half a month earlier. Within a day they arranged an apartment for me where I could bridge the time. The arranged apartment was even an upgrade to the apartment I had booked before and that for the same price! Besides that the service was excellent. The communication with Tuncer and Konstantin is very pleasant, these are people willing to help you out and understand what you need when you move to a new country. Any problems with internet, equipment in the house, more clothing hangers etc is fixed within the same day. It took them a week (!) to find a replacement apartment and we got a ridiculous discount for the rent. The timeline seems correct, apologies for not being exact, but I can assure you that the cleaning of the mold in several rooms on Easter weekend, visiting new apartments and moving into a new one in the middle of the week with your whole family and staying in infested apartment for several days with a baby was a very bad experience. Chf 100 discount out of 5000 rent may be according to the Swiss law but not what you expect when providing a relocation/expat service. I believe a weekend permanence would be desired. Other that the previous organization issues went smoothly and the staff was pleasant."

On moving day, the movers were unprepared, and because the agency didn’t conduct a survey beforehand, they didn’t know how to transport some important furniture, which resulted in damage. "STAY AWAY from this company!! They rent out old apartments, they know are not acceptable living conditions and still take your money when you move out due to the living conditions. They have apartments with low standard, such as the water in the bathtub is not running down properly because the pipes are old. They expect you to shower in filthy water and blame you instead, saying you have too high living standard. Tell me, who wants to shower in filthy water? I only stayed in the apartment for a few days, and had to move out although I was supposed to rent the apartment for a longer period. The manager insisted that I payed for the one month notice according to the agreement, if he did not find another person who rents the apartment for this period. So I had to pay the company for 1,5 month rent, although I only stayed there for a week and had to move out because of the filthy water in the shower!!! DON'T rent from this company!!"
