"We didn’t have any good experience with this company. At first Benjamin sounded very professional, caring and convincing, only to stop answering the phone as soon as we signed the deal. After we discovered that he managed to sign us for the same type of insurance twice with different companies by giving a completely wrong explanation and incorrect information. The documents he was showing were in German only, which we didn’t understand and he said that insurance company also operates in French, which is not true neither. AVOID!!!"

"AVOID! I made the mistake of contacting this agency to switch my health insurance... I was told by Benjamin not to worry that they would take care of everything, including the cancellation of my previous insurance. Three months after the deadline (November 30), I hear from my new insurance that they had to cancel my contract because my previous insurance NEVER received the cancellation. I contacted Benjamin several times requesting the confirmation about the cancellation and I was ignored. Now, I am left with another year of the insurance I wanted to cancel plus three pending bills."
