"We used Crown our recent move back to the US from Zurich. I have to admit to having a little concern with the original meeting being a video call, and simply walking someone through the apartment. That being said, it wound up being a perfect estimate of what would be needed for the move. The movers packing the apartment were fast, friendly, and very careful. We wound up loosing a couple of screws out of one item, but that was the only damage to anything during the move. They made it very easy to dispose of items that we did not want to move, but would have cost more time and effort to dispose of in Switzerland. The move only took about 5 weeks to get our belongings in the US. I am sure that is due more to the current slowdown in shipping from Europe to the US, but we were expecting the delay to be 2-3 months like it was when we moved from the US to Switzerland. Anyway, the service was great before, during, and now after the move. I would highly recommend Crown Relocations for any move international, or within Switzerland."

"First the sales claimed to have kept my file open after the first quotation when I could not commit to the moving date due to some admin matters on my end. I was never unresponsive and stated I will contact them again. When I finally have the dates to move, I checked in on their availability since it was strongly emphasized to me that they are terribly busy. I received an email reply to me asking me if I really wanted to use their service and explaining the entire process of reopening my file (I was told my file will be kept open in the first place.), finding a new team etc. etc. etc. It sounded like it was a tiresome process to give me an updated quotation. On top of that I never felt worse when the sales person actually asked me what my budget was as the cost is not going to be lower than the initial quotation even if my quantity has reduced. I never got this rudeness from an other moving company."
