Auris Relocation did a fantastic job securing me my dream apartment in Zürich and went above and beyond to support me during the moving in process. As well as finding a wide variety of apartments to view and accompanying me to viewings when possible, Sandra took care of the whole application process including liaising with the Landlord on my behalf. Thanks to her I was lucky enough to be accepted on my favourite apartment. Following the acceptance they supported me through the contract negotiations, including translating the contract into English. Corinne then met me to collect the keys and did a very thorough job inspecting the apartment and identifying any issues (cracks in walls etc.) which needed to be recorded and/or fixed. In addition to discussing these with the Landlord, she was kind enough to also discuss with them a requirement for them to write a letter required by the immigration authority, which duly arrived. I would highly recommend Auris Relocation for their excellent service, great communication and willingness to go above and beyond for their customers.

I had the pleasure of using the services from Auris when we relocated from NYC to Switzerland. They have a very professional team (Corinne & Adrian) who assisted us at every step of the process.
