I had the pleasure of working with Ana when I was relocating to my current home. Relocation can be one of the most stressful events with plenty of unknowns, and Ana's help, her attention to detail, her structured approach and being there for me in every step of the process allowed me to set expectations, reduce uncertainty and secure a place smoothly. It was a pleasure working with her and I highly recommend her not only because she stands out professionally but because of her friendliness, ease of communication and proactive attitude.

Unlike with previous agents, Ana was very willing and happy to work within my (sometimes strict!) search criteria and always provided honest feedback and advice on properties she viewed on my behalf. At no point did I ever feel forced or coerced into putting in an offer for an apartment. In addition, Ana always went the extra mile during the process - be it during or after the conclusion of the apartment search. This additional service was invaluable, particularly for someone who has never lived in (and trying to quickly learn) the nuances of Swiss-German customs and culture. Moving to Zurich from Canada with my wife and 3 cats, I knew I was going to have a really difficult time finding an apartment.
